User-friendly and easy to customize marketing software
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very user-friendly and it is easy to learn the tools it offers marketers. It's painless to design emails, workflows, and landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of how Contacts are set up. Hubspot is extremely focused on contacts rather than companies, and while I think that's beneficial in some areas, it can make my job slightly difficult based on the industry I'm in. TL;DR it's tough to get all the contact properties sorted straight in my head.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer engagement and lead generation are improved from our last software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot can be a great tool for your business. My only suggestion is make sure that if you sync Hubspot with Salesforce or another software, that the data in the other software is as accurate as possible.

I really dislike the fact that their built-in text editor and photo editor is very hard to work with.

What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot has everything all in one place, but they don’t always have the best features. For example, at the time of writing this, Later.com has scheduling Instagram stories. HubSpot does not. HubSpot covers all the bases, but I don’t think they will have all the best features across every channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At our agency, we’re writing blogs, managing social, and creating email campaigns for our clients. HubSpot allows us to do this all in one place saving us and our clients time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity that HubSpot offers users. I was lucky enough to utilize the software during my time at Major League Lacrosse. We used this platform as a blog template and email template. It was a great way to learn the basics of what the back end of a website might look like. I was able to easily maneuver the back end and upload my content easily and manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is a pretty easy platform to use and offers great perks, but I sometimes questioned how far it could take the league? Could it grow our business to the level that we were promised?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot gave us the platform to reach out audience in a more organic and personal way. We were able to choose from so many different templates of blog posts and post to our league website. Blog content on the website was lacking before we started using HubSpot and we were able to solve this problem when it was introduced.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Contact support when you need to! I had to on a couple of different occasions and they were SO helpful! Friendly and polite - didn't seem bored or annoyed that I called. They were able to talk me through whatever issue I was having and seemed genuinely invested in my service call. So definitely don't hesitate to reach out to them when needed - they are there to help!

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely LOVE how Hubspot is the most complete and user friendly CRM software out there. Marketing has never been so smooth to conduct.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would only say that I'd like to see more RAW data but above all it reallly has nothing to dislike about.

I am solving everything. Traffic management, leads, social media engagements, blog posts and more. I've benefited and realized how truly smooth and easy digital marketing can be with them.

Immediate support, Hubspot Academy training system, social media scheduling is much better than in other tools (such as Pardot), easy e-mail marketing template design, easy to build landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
As in any other inbound marketing tool for social media purposes, the LinkedIn capabilities are very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing brand awareness, developing better relationships with customers, solidifying the thought-leader image in the construction industry, gaining more followers on social media, communicating what happens on the day-by-day in all the offices, and generating sales leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to learn your craft through HubSpot's academy has been detrimental to learning more about the marketing world as a whole. This, coupled with their simple marketing conversion tools makes HubSpot a great marketing resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much of anything! They could dial back the number of emails they send.

Using their different marketing tools really helps define your client's target market and their buyer personas.

Be cautious of the price and contract term, make sure you are going to leverage all of their services. Be carful of how many co tact’s you have, they charge a significant amount as your contacts grow.
