Helped bring an archaic website to the modern day
What do you like best about the product?
We use HubSpot to manage all content marketing and demand generation activities. We manage everything from email campaigns to social media to SEO in the visually appealing platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to learn as a new user, and 9 months in we find ourselves having to clean up some of the areas which had been incorrectly implemented during those first exploratory months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool has allowed us to design workflows to nurture our leads at each stage of the buying cycle. It's also provided transparency and ease of reporting on content efforts and marketing campaigns.
Hubspot is very good tool for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics tool most. Also, I like the planning and strategy tool most.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a facility to check the email id validation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track and analyze the activities happened on our website pages. It helps to improve the content.
All-in-one CRM with loads of functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot manages everything in one place. It's honestly a bit overwhelming to think about what HubSpot does, but anytime I've had questions, their support team has been quick to help, even hopping on the phone and walking me through some of the functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I focus a lot on content creation, and I think their design manager is cumbersome, especially when compared to other tools for email and landing page creation. However, they're making efforts to improve those aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for everything from managing our company contacts to sending weekly emails. It's been terrific to know that once we get a customer's info in HubSpot, we're able to easily track them along the customer journey and modify our workflows and customer touch points to provide them the best experience possible.
Huge potential in this platform but a lot of room to grow
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule my social media posts months in advance if desired. I enjoy being able to organize my landing pages, email campaigns, and blogs in a way that makes sense but also keeps me on track with next projects and provides that analytical data needed to excel further.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social networking features are lacking in that you cannot post a video or gif to Facebook or Instagram from Hubspot. So when we do this we have to go directly to those platforms which means that we do not have records or data to show how that post did within Hubspot. Pinterest is a HUGE platform that we use as a business and Hubspot does not support it in their Social setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to see what works, what doesn't and tweak/add to blogs that are becoming more popular throughout different seasons. As we see more traffic going to a particular topic (thanks to our data in Hubspot) we start to create more posts (blog or social) surrounding that topic or even just update the existing post that is doing so well now. It has taken what we offer to customers to another level because we can be relevant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot has many glaring holes in it that would seem basic to be included, i.e. being able to automatically pull ina users signature when replying to an email within their inbox. Simple things. That being said, the platform has some amazing potential and the ability to do so much so easily. What I really love about Hubspot is they are constantly updating the system and making improvements and they let us as users know about them!
Comprehensive tool with great tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Campaign tracking is a great feature because it links together our efforts across social media, the blog, email, landing pages, and even external sources. I like their reports in general - the dashboards are customizable and clear, and they can be emailed at the beginning of each month for managers to dissect. The very best though, is our Hubspot rep Cayleigh. She's fantastic! She's extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and works with us to address our specific company needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
An often used Hubspot feature is URL tracking, but it's not available in the navigation so I have it bookmarked rather than clicking through multiple other pages to find it. Also, I wanted more from their social reporting, but a new beta just came out addressing some of those needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to track the path that prospects take from their first interaction through interactions across multiple channels, enabling us to make better decisions to provide more personalized and positive experiences with our brand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is intuitive enough to dive in and start using, but has tons of features and options that are able to be learned through their learning videos. My company uses it for marketing but not sales or service, and it suits our purposes because of its great integrations. However, I see how there could be great benefit to having all 3 on one platform. The support team and our rep was fantastic and they have all gone above and beyond to answer questions and create solutions to my company's specific questions and needs. Hubspot is great!
Best Consolidation tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage all marketing activities on one platform. It allows our company to better track and manage marketing initiatives. I especailly love the learning center, it makes it easier for us to include more team members into the platform without having a high learning curve. The learning center provided additional insight about marketing initiatives and the platform making it easier to plan and work with Hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
The email marketing automation tool needs to be further developed - it is very limited when it comes to integrating with the website to pull privy information like product information - it is better for inbound marketing but needs more tools to be an effective retargeting tool Because of this I still have to use Klaviyo to run all of our cart abandonment and stock replenishment campaigns because I can't accurately/ automatically filter products based upon the customers buying history
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Platform consolidation and better reporting. Hubspot allows us to have clear analytics on marketing campaigns. previously we would have to go through several different reporting tools to get an idea of how well a campaign did. Now we can plan and publish a campaign on several different sites and platforms without compromising or losing the tracking capabilities
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is best used for B2b Marketing and management. If you are a retail establishment - Hubspot would be best utilized as a marketing reporting tools. the CRM and inbound marketing section has little use to companies that are looking to consolidate all online marketing initiatives.
Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the support you get. The help articles and videos are great and the people as customer service are so nice and very knowledgeable. No matter what the problem is, I've been able to figure it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot and it can be overwhelming. It's designed to be an all-in-one tool so there is A LOT to figure out and use. If you're a small company it can be tough to use every part of the tool. The calendar isn't a great feature, it's supposed to be a project management tool as well, but I don't use that part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing is MUCH easier and I'm able to have analytics to present to my boss. Every part from designing the email, CTA's, landing pages are right there, easy to use, look beautiful and have great reporting. The CRM has made a huge difference as far as allowing our AE's to be more efficient and organized. I feel like we're doing inbound and marketing in 2019.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Talk to a rep and really think if you want to take the step of using the product. Your team has to be on board and willing to learn and use the system. It's an investment and if it's not going to be used, you shouldn't spend the money. There's no point in having a Ferrari if it just sits in the drive way.
HubSpot: Streamlined Marketing Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an extremely user-friendly service, offering an endless array of tools to mix and match in order to customize the best experience for your respective clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when improvements are rolled out with little notice or direction, which necessitates a bit of an adjustment period, in order to incorporate these new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot's ability to pinpoint traffic flow to particular site pages, to track email open and click rates, and to rank blog and topic cluster performance trends are all integral to pinpointing the best strategies to implement with certain clients.
HubSpot Is Something Every Marketer Should Use
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot offers content that is not only helpful, but easy to understand and implement. Also, their customer service is top notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm looking forward to more development with their chat bot. Right now it's not quite on par with other competitors'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps with emails, social scheduling, website design, and more. It is invaluable to my company.
CMS and CRM User
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's Gmail integration makes it easy for my team and me to log interactions and save templates for ease of use down the line. I can stay up to speed on my team's most recent interaction with a client, which helps to prevent any escalations and improve our service delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way that information is organized within the contact record can be confusing at times. Locating details from a specific call or email sometimes takes a while. Navigating the content management solution can also be difficult. the development and refinement of websites would be easier if there were hotkeys/shortcuts integrated with the CMS platform, and it would save my designers and me a lot of working time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My colleagues and I can stay in touch with prospects and existing customers without redundant communication, which makes us look sharper. It helps our sales team to be more efficient with their time and reduce the number of places notes/documentation live throughout the sales process.
