What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can manage your whole e-commerce experience through Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The marketing the do relentlessly is bothersome.

Hubspot has helped us improve our conversion rates onsite.

The best all-in-one service for small-to-medium sized companies

What do you like best about the product?
- The simplicity of how everything is laid out. It is very intuitive and training someone to use the software is a very quick experience.
- The support staff is available at all times and 99.9% of the time has a quick and easy answer to your problem.
- I've used HubSpot for years and never come across an annoying or hard to get ahold of Customer Success Manager. They're extremely prepared for every call and are always available to answer any question you have.
- Everything is in one place. I can log into HubSpot and do 80% of my work within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The only thing I can think of is that I cannot schedule videos for Instagram on HubSpot. However, I think that may be an issue with the Instagram API rather than HubSpot themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I'm able to manage all of our social media within the platform. It is a one-stop shop for all of my social media management. I can schedule, post, respond to comments, and monitor all in one place.
- All of our email marketing is done completely through HubSpot; I will never use another service for email marketing.
- A database for all of our consumers; we have everyone who has ever signed up for our emails in one place and can put them into lists based upon their lifecycle or where they signed up.
- A blog hosting service. Their blog management platform is very easy to use. All you do is upload a Google doc (or copy-paste), add in photos, and schedule! So simple!
- We use Google Analytics for our web traffic and HubSpot for our consumer analytics. They have easy to understand and easy to create graphs that make it simple for me to get others in the company the information they need on our consumer base.

Have been using Hubspot for more than two years

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is intuitive and powerful, it is pretty much possible to do anything with it as long as you know a little bit about the software. I really enjoy all the training they got available and customer support is always happy to help with anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Might be a little challenging to use Hubspot to its' full potential, as I said, it is pretty much possible to do anything with it but that requires sometimes some engineering support or more advanced knowledge of the platform, for example in customizing some templates or when Hubspot is integrated with other software like Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything in one spot is great to me: blog, emails, landing pages, contacts, etc. We have Hubspot integrated with other marketing platforms which is a big plus to me.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy Hubspot is to use. There seems to be a solution for all my marketing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outages! They recently had an outage that took about 5 days to fix and are still backfilling data.

Lead tracking and gathering is very easy with Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
It's like the iPhone of platforms. Everything is very simple and laid out in a way that's digestible. You don't have to sit there and be bombarded by graphs, words and numbers. Dashboards are clear and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very customizable. There's a lot of things that I would love to implement, but lack the developing skills for. if you're looking for a fancy website and want it to liv eon hubspot..learn to code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Systems talking. We are working with a few closed systems and hubspot has been our middleman. We are currently integrating it so that we can see a complete customer journey.

Our Sales team has had some difficulty taking to the system

What do you like best about the product?
I loved using Hubspot! It was so easy to build and manage our website. They had beautiful templates and we could easily plug in content and publish. It was also easy to make landing pages and view reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I highflying recommend this product and have advocated for it at other companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content creation, website management, reporting. It’s so easy to create a great website and track usage.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface & overall layout of the application; easy accessibility, helped with organization when getting websites together for the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to say in regards with dislikable qualities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped the back-end coder and I to collaborate on designing a site for the company. We were able to get it up and running within a few months with just the two of us!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare and contrast, this worked great for someone like me who's more of a front end designer working with a back end coder.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the HubSpot support team. They are truly problem-solvers and can help you with any unique need or troubleshoot any issue. They are also always adding features and relying on user feedback to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting at the Pro level could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for inbound and content marketing including blogging. We see an uptick in our digital leads and close-rate. Brand awareness is also much higher.

What do you like best about the product?
ability to align sales and marketing, make it very clear for everyone to see what each part of the business is working on. Brings sales and marketing together by integrating it in the same platform. Very useful that you can take care of your marketing emails, Paid socials, content creation, strategy, website, and client relationship manager from one single place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a fairly pricy product and Hubspot takes a bit longer than I would hope to take on some of the customers feedback. Some requests keep popping up over and over again in community forums, and it takes quite a lot to get them action but I guess that would always be the case as they have to priority development
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and marketing team work better together which results in a more successful business. Also from them CRM point of view you are able to see all information regarding one specific contact in it's timeline (from marketing activitiy, to purchases, etc!) which I guess allows you to nurture your relationship with clients much further.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly suggest using the Free Hubspot Academy to learn more about each component of Hubspot (CRM, Marketing etc) as it can feel a bit overwhelming and you will never feel like you know everything about it/you are using it to it's full potential. I would also say that with time you will start understanding more about it and feel more at ease with it.
