Digital Marketing Manager
What do you like best about the product?
integrates with so many things and the reports help a lot
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like modules in email templates. They aren't flexible like they are on landing pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
email marketing, social media, blogging, reporting, inbound forms and lists for retargeting
Great platform for any sized business!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to setup, use and integrate. I can setup all my social posts, automate communications and develop nurture campaigns from HubSpot. I can quickly look at analytics for campaigns and see what is working and what's not. I'm able to adjust my website and content easily to nurture and drive the best leads to sales.
I've used several platforms and I've never come across such a robust platform for the price!

What do you dislike about the product?
It took awhile to get use to the custom modules when building a web site through HubSpot. If you have a coding background it's not that hard.
Would like it to tie into YouTube.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was hired at my current company to create a website and report on analytics while creating campaigns to drive leads to sales. When I started they had several different platforms to do all this. It was a manually and long process. My first request was to get HubSpot as our marketing tool. I presented an analysis showing the benefits of HubSpot.
Here are our benefits:
I was able to cut my work time on analytics from 3 hours to 30 minutes.
I can send an email, post on social, have automated nurturing, track URLs and see all my analytics from one platform.
I can design and create a full corporate website within two months.
I can set up social posts in advance so I can enjoy a vacation!
Overall, HubSpot is the essential platform I use to make my job easier and effective.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used HubSpot for over ten years, it's a great platform. When they took it away at my last job it was a deciding factor to find a company that would utilize it.
Not an Enterprise Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is user friendly for Marketers and Hubl is simple for developers to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot does not work very well for large blogs with multiple categories, nor does it work well for large sites with multiple languages and managing multiple users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows me to quickly build pages and modules. The ability to reuse modules and templates and hook up HubDB to them is crucial to rapid page builds.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Reconsider if you have a large blog that needs tiered categories, or if you have many users to manage, or translations.
Good experience using HS for social and website creation.
What do you like best about the product?
Webpages are relatively easy to make and look good; we use Sodium templates and have redesigned our website to improve its look using Hubspot as our new platform. Also very easy to keep track of social going out on multiple accounts using HS.
What do you dislike about the product?
When making webpages, it's difficult to tell by the titles what different modules look like without altering the template and trying them. Names should be clear / should be a hover-over description.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are consolidating all our marketing and sales efforts into one site, so everyone who requires access knows where to find it. It is now easier for our sales team to see who owns which accounts, for the marketing team to ensure that all our leads are in one place, and for us to set up our social, emails, workflows etc. to work seamlessly per campaign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for social and for keeping leads in one database. Landing pages can be great but you need to make sure you're using the best templates, and it takes a while of playing about to see what everything does as there isn't a function to easily see what the modules look like without editing the whole template.
It's a good way of keeping everyone's accounts in order once everyone has gotten on board, but it takes a while to consolidate the data and get the company into the habit of putting all their leads in HubSpot.

Everything I Need, All Rolled Into a Single, Extremely Easy to Use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Microsoft's and Adobe's CMS platforms over the years, combined with other tools (Constant Contact, Falcon, etc.). HubSpot blows them all away in simplicity. The integration between all the components makes everything work seamlessly. Gone are the days of pulling email addresses from one system and then uploading them into another. From a usability and performance standpoint, the CMS platform is so fast, it's almost like using a desktop app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's starting to get to be a bit pricey. The required on-boarding had to be done within a certain time frame that was to Hubspot's convenience, not mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating and tracking leads. Having better visibility into what a user is viewing and what actions they are taking (or not). This allows us to focus on creating messages vs. spending time manually compiling analytics from different sources.
Constantly improving and adding functionality Marketers really need.
What do you like best about the product?
Our support team are exceptionally good. They regularly explore really complex requests and questions each week to support us. My background was grounded in using Wordpress and Dreamweaver to build websites so was sceptical about using Hubspot's COS but now I consider the best option available for B2B websites. Building custom templates and modules allow us to roll out great features sitewide with the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some improvements Hubspot could make but I have seen them filter through and take onboard user suggestions with a view of fixing things and making them better. There is nothing I dislike about Hubspot strongly enough to mention. Hubspot could control cookies generated from Google Tag Manager. We are having to use a third party (OneTrust|) to bodge a solution together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a heavy user of Hubspot and solve various problems with Hubspot. Our focus is on lead generation and having the flexibility in house to edit whatever we like, whenever we like allows us to work in a really agile way. Our organic growth has been ridiculously good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go for it. Hubspot continually improves and add more features and functionality and you'll have access to the tools you need to grow.
All around marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I can have all marketing tools, email, ads, social, website in one place and it keeps improving everyday
What do you dislike about the product?
It still needs to improve a lot as many it only covers the basics of marketing. Social, ads and email beed to have more features with more variety options and better reporting. For example social is only status updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One spot for all marketing purposes. Easy to use and connect people. Can align with the while team.
HubSpot has transformed my marketing
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about HubSpot is how it's a one-stop shop for my marketing needs. I work with social, blogs and emails. HubSpot has a variety of resources and features available that saves me a lot of time and I really appreciate that because I can work smarter every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced major issues with HubSpot yet but if there are any, the forums are there to help and also live chats etc.
I've had this experience a few times such as when I used the blog for the first time. The HubSpot staff member was there to help me out and it showed how willing they are to help their customers and give them a fantastic experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time. HubSpot has a wealth of features which enables me to save time. By utilising an array of fascinating features, it helps me put out great content for our users.
Working in blogs, social media, emails and more means that I spend a lot of time on HubSpot and they even have lots of training resources to help their customers get even better at what they do.
They are insightful, easy to follow and implement which makes me feel I'm getting a lot out of them.
For anyone who hasn't used these resources, I highly recommend because you will learn so much and in a time where social media is changing, so to can you stay ahead of the curb.

Exceptional Marketing Automation Platform & CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love HubSpot. It's a clean, well-organized, and intuitive platform that's easy for everyone to understand and navigate. The tools offered throughout the platform are robust, yet simple for everyone to use. Some of the features of HubSpot, such as the marketing automation, chatbots, and popovers, aren't included in other software packages, and are therefore a great cost-saving of choosing HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The content management system is challenging to understand coming from a WordPress background; however, HubSpot offers excellent training resources here and unlimited customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are focused on new customer acquisition, sales enablement, and increased revenue.
HubSpot Is a Great Platform for Any Digital Marketer and Any Size Business
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a well rounded suite of digital marketing tools for the modern marketer. We use HubSpot as our full website CMS as well as for email, marketing automation, and more. It works very well for our needs, even as a mid-large size business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! I would like if there were most robust ecommerce options meant for B2B. Also, better organization of website pages (to make a hierarchy) would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HubSpot as our one stop shop for digital marketing. We can turn around pages edits quickly and easily and we see great customer engagement and lots of inbound leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure HubSpot meets your business and functional requirements. Steer clear if you need robust B2B ecommerce.
