Very user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's user-friendly, easy to create templates for emails and easy to put together a landing page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Character limit on blog titles. I don't like that when I want to change little things in an email such as adding an additional block of text or image I have to go into the template to add the block.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily send out our monthly newsletter and record stats provided. I can quickly set up a landing page with a form.
Great, ever-evolving tool
What do you like best about the product?
My organization sends out large quantities of emails to highly segmented lists. HS makes this quick and easy. The SMART content abilities are very helpful and work very well for the diversity of locations that we send to. Also, the customer service is unparalleled. Anytime I've had an issue, the time they reply back is nearly instant.
What do you dislike about the product?
While a great thing about this tool is that it's constantly improving and developing, that can also be a downside when large-scale updates are made from the developers' end. There have a been a few times I had to get a mass email out quickly but had to quickly re-learn how to use the tool. It was never make-or-break, though. Also, some of our recruiters who use the Sales side of HS aren't big fans of replies to mass emails not showing up in contacts' timelines. This can make the process a little confusing for them and force them to use workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HubSpot to recruit, retain and nurture foster parents who care for thousands of children in the states we serve. Before HS, we didn't have the infrastructure to effectively track and communicate with potential and current foster parents. The tool has completely changed our process for the better. One of my personal favorite aspects of HS is that the company is also leading the charge in industry best practices alongside providing essential tools. I don't usually pay attention to the slew of marketing emails I get from outside companies, but I always read through HS's latest articles when it hits my inbox.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HS has been very willing to work with us on cost. We are a nonprofit and can't afford every great tool out there, but they were moved by our cause and gave us full access at a price we can afford.
Easy and Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the built-in analytics and SEO tools to optimize and track the performance of my blog, landing pages, and website pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has sometimes been difficult to work on the same project as a team at the same time because of updating issues. There has also been some trial and error as far as editing information in a fixed template element then losing the work that's been done later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only are we better optimizing our website for SEO, but we're starting to take advantage of the education offered by HubSpot in the certified courses in marketing. They've been so helpful!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm very satisfied with all the resources and tools HubSpot provides, and I think it was a good investment for us.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is great for both the person who has web design experience and for the person who doesn't. The software is easy to use and easy to customize and add in your own code if you'd like to. HubSpot also has really good, customized and detailed reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm personally not a huge fan of the templates concept...If I have a page all built out with my content and want to shift things around, I need to do that in the template and sort of guess which module contains which content and that sometimes messes up the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps automate a lot of things including social media posts and email campaigns.

Ease of use and efficient. I appreciate that all our contacts are in one spot. Doing mailings is easy. Our website gets complicated for looking good and ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform for building landing pages is really fantastic. It's intuitive and simple to use. Hubspot also has easy modules to help you build the pages to fit your needs the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now we're having issues with our automatic emails for when a blog posts. We have two different blogs hosted on one website which makes it hard to differentiate the emails and who they should go to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our automatic emails have been a lot simpler, posting on social media is now a breeze, and identifying MQL's has been dramatic as well. The biggest benefit is qualifying leads before they get to our sales team!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to really play and learn the platform before fully implementing it. Also it helps to work with someone who already knows and understands the platform and it's capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support has been mostly really helpful. Love the chat tool and the inbox for tickets.

What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's just the way our website ported over, but there is a lot of coding on our website, so it isn't always easy to make changes to. Also, the template choices are not as diverse and nice as we'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping a lot with marketing - knowing where our leads are coming from, being able to gather contacts automatically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Maybe starting your website from scratch rather than porting it over - this might reduce the amount of coding that is required to make changes to the website. Also, be prepared to pay a lot to increase your plan as you increase the number of contacts you have over 2,000.
An Honest Review of HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a great platform to communicate with and nurture your prospects and customers. From creating lead landing pages, to full on websites, with HubSpot you can do it all! This platform has so many different features and will definitely take some time to master, but it's worth the investment of your time. They have excellent customer service and their support team is one of the best I've ever worked with. HubSpot is definitely the leading CRM of the industry. On top of their amazing platform, they also provide free training course to understand Inbound marketing and many other topics. I'd rate Hubspot a 9 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about HubSpot is that you definitely need coding knowledge to implement different features etc. on your website. If you already have an in-house developer, then you won't have a problem. Although, if you lack coding knowledge, you may find yourself having trouble implementing certain changes if you choose to use HubSpot to host your website. Another thing is that you're only allowed a limited amount of brand domains. Our organization owns many domains and they charge quite a bit of money to add more that the allotted amount of domains (I believe it is two). Right now if you want to host more than two, there is a $700 charge for each additional domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've solved the problem of learning how to communicate effectively with our prospects and customers. With the detailed workflow features and analytics, we have a better understanding of how and when to communicate with people interested in our company. Also, our customer communication skills have grown tremendously. There is so much visibility into your contact activity and the effectiveness of emails, ads, etc. HubSpot integrated with most digital marketing softwares as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're interested in using HubSpot as your CRM, I would schedule a demo with the company first. They do an excellent job in explaining the many features HubSpot provides.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very user-friendly, it's simple to navigate, the functionalities are very beneficial for my business, and I love the customization availabilities of website pages and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about HubSpot, although our business would love a cart and check-out implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses HubSpot to host our website, post to social, send emails, and manage contacts. Our HubSpot rep is always available to help us in any way we need.
HubSpot is really useful for my company
What do you like best about the product?
I like the webhooks. As a developer, I found it easy to set up and monitor. The tool is pretty fun and it's made a big difference for my team because it helps me automate populating data into our contacts. The API isn't too bad, either. I've found a couple of bugs, but it's pretty robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could limit the request size. Sometimes HS is sending me 2MB of data for a contact when I only need a small portion of that. It seems wasteful on both sides. If I could specify which contact properties to include, it would cut down on the payload significantly. I also wish the support got back to me a little faster and gave more frequent updates on the status of my support tickets. Sometimes I wait a week for a response. I don't want to bug them if they're working on it, I know they're probably busy and sometimes my issues are highly technical, but I just want to make sure they haven't forgotten about me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for lead generation and I specifically use it to keep the database updated for my team. They seem happy with the results, but I don't actually see a lot of the realization of that.
