Excellent marketing tool for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Having my tracking, publishing, sales reporting, contact database and web development all in one system
What do you dislike about the product?
They have monetized it very well. you get to use some really excellent features such as sales pro up and contacts up to a limit before it then gets really costly to increase capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to properly co-ordinate our Sales and marketing efforts

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to navigate, and is continually making updates to improve on things and expand capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not really a dislike - it's more that the tool is so robust and I only use such a small portion of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website is hosted with HubSpot and we've had minimal issues. Updates, new pages, file uploads, and changes are quick and easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to learn about all of the capabilities. It has so many!
A great toolbox for your marketing and product needs
What do you like best about the product?
WIth HubSpot, I love the flexibility it brings to executing processes that would otherwise take a considerable amount of time. Knowing how to harness the power of the CRM, its custom properties, automation workflows and their CMS allows you to quickly bootstrap user flows quickly and swiftly as prototypes, proof of concept work or even production ready projects. As a product person, I'm thoughtful of the engineering effort spent to create new product features, and this is where HubSpot helps with a tight integration between our Product and the CRM, thus enabling us to do much more without the need for engineering efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a rather savvy user, most of the times I ran into a dead end resulted in reached out to support just to find out that a certain thing is either not possible, or I had to find a solution / workaround on my end. I guess support is ok for most product usage questions, but for more advanced usage you have to be creative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a self-serve type of product, and we strive to reduce manual communication to a minimum. Being able to send customer touchpoints to HubSpot, we're then able to take the communication from there and automate it via workflows. We're also able to quickly realise ROI on campaign spend via Ads. CMS is at the core of our website and FAQ.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very powerful tool, although it's ideal to have a HubSpot expert in house. Without the proper knowledge it can easily get misused or underused.

It's very easy to learn and helped us to smooth the collaboration between sales and marketing team.

sales and marketing integration, centralizing our marketing efforts, leads management
Easy platform, great analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Simplified scheduling platform with easy-to-use analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the analytics are intuitive, they are sometimes hard to find. It would be great if all the analytics were on the page they are measuring. For example, social analytics are on the social page, blog analytics on the blog page, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a platform where our remote team can access all of our marketing and website information in a single spot. It's nice to have everything from our blog to our social media and even our website landing page management under one roof.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The platform offers so much more than you think it would. Take the time to review all the services so you know what you're truely getting.
Clear and easy to use interface
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great tool for getting most out of our websites. Websites are easy to build and the tracking tools are useful. Linking hubspot to social media is also great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some features I've had to search some time. For example editing navigation bar wasn't in a logical place for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I build our product web pages, advertise new products and link blog texts to social media. My main goal is to get our products known to customers and to get new contacts.
Heavy to set up, but so easy after!
What do you like best about the product?
Once templates are created, I can plug and play in moments to either edit or create new web pages. The platform is user friendly and instantly updates. The activity tracking is also very detailed and helps greatly with scoring and lead nurturing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of heavy lifting involved to get all needed assets set up. It is worth it, but I had help with this as I would not be able to complete it on my own. Without the extra coding assistance, I would not have as nice looking templates as I do now. Also, sometimes you have to hit publish a couple of times before the page itself refreshes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Though we used a vendor to help with initial set up, I like that we do not need help with day to day work moving forward. Anyone on my team with access can go into the site and update copy/images and can set up their own pages to go live on the site or coincide with social or blog posts. The integration across all Hubspot offerings is really the sweet spot that I didn't truly appreciate before. Being able to handle email, social, and the website in one so that the connect and "talk" to each other is a huge benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work with your client success manager! They will help you and open your eyes to lots of things you're probably not using.
Key to your Marketing Automation, but lacking techinical support
What do you like best about the product?
You can automate almost anything. It host your website, tells you how you can improve, and Hubspot offers many resources to help you better your business. It is an all in one marketing solution as leader in their market they know best practices better than anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do not have the same reporting capabilities as Salesforce missing the "or" filter. It is also as technical as Salesforce, so lots of training and time required prior to using the tool. Many times their support team knows less than I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating my marketing and sales efforts. Saves time. Marketing automation is a must and Hubspot invented it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Force your team to do the online trainings. The more they learn the better they are at adopting the tool.
The Ultimate Marketing Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which workflows and automatons can be built. Very intuitive and capable tool.
HubSpot has succesfully replaced a bunch of tools that we would otherwise require to manage all that we do.
Our Sales team have all the information and user behaviour at their fingertips which enables them to target the customer with the right offering.
Being able to call the customer or send him e-mails directly from the interface is a handy tool to have.
Workflows and sequences to automate tasks are very handy and simple to build. Even a novice user could do it comfortably.

The interface is a bit clunky. It's a personal preference though. No integration with Indian SMS providers and telephony providers is a handicap at times.

HubSpot has helped us centralize both our Marketing and Sales in one tool. The lead management tool is very intuitive and comprehensive.

The wording of workflow options often make me stop and rethink the logic.
