Robust platform that allows a small team to do big things
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has given our small team a wide range of capabilities and has allowed us to build a robust website that generates a significant amount of leaders. To have the ability to build out landing pages, forms, and automated workflows with relative ease has allowed us to be able to experiment and make changes on a dime while building out some complex processes that normally would be associated with larger marketing teams. The reporting capabilities are wide ranging and constantly evolving.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really not much to dislike about HubSpot! Occasionally we run in to small issues where we would like to create really complex forms that aren't doable, or would like to customize a contact field in a way that is not possible, but otherwise we really don't have must that we can't do!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped us identify a potential breakdown in our sales process that once addressed should help us with our customer conversion rate. It's hard to think of a bigger benefit than that! It has also allowed us to get some good learnings on our personas and their behavior at not extra cost, which is great considering we don't have a research budget.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a great company to work with, they offer top notch technical support, and a really impressive knowledge base and certification programs that really allow for deep understanding of all that the platform can do.
Great tool, I'm still learning how to use this but it amazes me everytime!
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics and how you can track everything you do on Hubspot. It's my first time using this tool, and I've been learning step by step all the things you can do with it and it amazes me everytime. The way you can measure everything helps a lot to see if you're going in the right direction. Also it's great how you can build beautiful emails very easy with templates very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I disliked about hubspot is that I saw websites kind of limiting for someone who knows very little about code, and it's easy to get lost. But now we have a front-end partner who helps us with everything and shows us that really you can do anything. As I said earlier, I'm still learning how to use everything in this platform, so there isn't really something I dislike right now, haha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building websites, I used to think only a developer could do it but with hubspot is really easy. Also quickly changing it when you spot a problem with the conversion and how leads are seeing your page. We are a start-up and still building our marketing team, so everytime we find new ways to improve and solve things thanks to hubspot

It is really useful, you can do anything and track everything.

Great Growth Platform for SMB & Enterprise Companies
What do you like best about the product?
The automation for Hubspot is awesome. Also, their pricing to help Small businesses grow is a really great feature/model that they have in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I would be critical of any of Hubspot's products, I would say their video platform is really the best. They launched it back in 2018 and, does the job, but we still utilize Wistia for all of our video hosting needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solves for us is our reporting and being able to streamline our pipeline. From leads generated that are MQL to just before closing a deal. This software enables us to nurture every part of the funnel for our Leads and Customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool for any company looking to nail down their sales and marketing funnel further. It takes some experience to understand all the tools available to you, but when you do and utilize them correctly, it can be a game-changer for any company.

Hubspot driving sales for Successfactory
What do you like best about the product?
I love the all in one marketing and sales capability. It's seamless using to link our inbound marketing strategy to our sales pipeline and then delivery. Once set up and website integrated it really easy to align landing pages, blogs, social media and email campaigns. The reporting is great too so you can see what is working and what isn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit overwhelming at the start and we need an integration agency to help us initially but once the set up and training is done it becomes easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key for us is automation and making it easy for our team to build our brand, get our thought leadership out there and ultimately drive sales. We've had a 200% increase in website traffic and 100% increase in new contacts from inbound traffic. This has seen our revenue jump 27% LfL, so great results - and we have only just started!

Go for it and use a specialist to get your strategy right first then use the system to make it happen.
Perfect tool for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most of Hubspot is that you can create a website or landing page real quick, and then get all the traffic data from it very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design tool is very limited and could get really confusing very often. Definitely not ideal for designers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making landing pages or simple microsites in one day. Once you know how to use the tool, and if you have purchased a nice template pack you can create nice stuff.
Hybrid but still can improve a lot
What do you like best about the product?
Connection between the different options like marketing, service, contacts, sales and all its automation and customized options. It is very easy to use and once you feel comfortable with it you can really take lots of profits from it. I come from Wordpress and I would definitely confirm this is a giant step to improve and help my company grow. Everything becomes easy when you connect Sales + marketing + service and you save lots of time. Also, its connection with Gmail to track and follow all movements is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pretty limited when we talk about our clients feedback. You can't create personalized surveys (something like Typeform), so that you can connect the answers with contact properties. I consider the reports also a little bit limited, I do not feel comfortable with them and still use Google Analytics for deeper queries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am amazed with the security and the facilities to create and modify templates and get them adapted to mobile/responsive. How it helps you with SEO optimization and all the options to connect and integrate other platforms with it. Also I consider the connection of the CRM with the marketing and sales platform formidable.
User friendly Marketing Automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
There is always help when you need it. The site offers prompts in case you feel lost. The drag and drop feature that has been added recently is a blessing in disguise for people who are new to Hubspot. It helps us keep track f the actions taken by our audience as well as analyze them in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. I believe I am getting better at using Hubspot every passing day thanks to the user-friendly nature of Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem being solved is tracking the audiences' action. We get to easily track and analyze the actions taken by our audience and take necessary steps. It also solves the problem of mass emailing. It helps add contacts in different lists and send the emails to specific lists. We are active in multiple social media platforms thanks to Hubspot. It helps us manage the posts on LinkedIn, FB & Twitter easily.

Great for managing localized leads and setting up multiple connected sites
What do you like best about the product?
I like the built-in CMS and how highly customizable the user management is. Each teacher depending on their location has convenient access to their local page and we can provide easy workflows for them to process new leads. It is very useful to be able to create special pages for these teachers to educate them on how to use and customize their own country's pages and use the provided workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I ran into some limitations on site-building, but that is common among CMS systems and you're going to run into specific issues with any system. The modules haven't always been cooperating, but usually there is a workaround or fix, and Hubspot has been very helpful with finding these fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been good for capturing localized leads and managing the customers who come through those pages. These leads are appropriately restricted and available to the people who should have access to them. Individual landing pages are available for each country and can easily be implemented through templates and customized through the sites. Events and courses can be added per country by means of "blogs".
