A Great Tool, But Lacks True Customizatin
What do you like best about the product?
For a marketing tool, Hubspot is relatively user-friendly, which is a great plus.
However, I find the biggest benefit of Hubspot to be the fact that you can centralize all your sales and marketing activities on a single platform. It's incredibly convenient to be able to create lead forms, add them to a custom landing page, and tracking the contact submissions all on the same platform.
The drag-and-drop editors are very useful for creating email and webpage templates for those who don't have a ton of coding knowledge.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a distinct lack of customization options for those who really want to create unique user experiences. You're a bit too restricted to how much you customize on page templates, workflows, and emails.
For those who prefer to hard code their templates, learning Hubspot's "HubL's" can be frustrating.
For those who prefer to hard code their templates, learning Hubspot's "HubL's" can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue Hubspot solves is centralizing capabilities on one platform that would otherwise have required multiple, disjointed tools.
It also allows us to create smooth, integrated workflows that let you leverage landing pages, emails, and sales follow-ups to provide more customized customer outreach.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you opt for the paid plan, you need to ensure that you'll be using the tools enough to truly get enough value out of it. It's not the cheapest platform (the paid version, that is) so smaller companies should do their due diligence to ensure that they'll get a good ROI on their investment.

What do you like best about the product?
To talk about CRM is to talk about the best CRM and HubSpot communications program, and consider what you can do. Think about it, improve the sales and marketing coordination of CRM. The excellent workflow performance in the HubSpot marketing tool. Marketing automation software cannot replace a person's decision, even job changes, however, it helps to make decisions and increase productivity. In this way, it links all marketing channels with its staff and the HubSpot CRM Hubspot marketing instrument and helps me discover which clients and interactions are good during content development.
What do you dislike about the product?
User assistance is quite low they don't offer any support to the time of trying to fix a problem, service quality is poor when paying bills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Workflows to deliver a sequence of in-house e-mails anytime the members mark an agreement like "Closed Agreement," or when clicking a checkbox at a communication list. may alert a sales manager or send an email sent to the potential customer. HubSpot CRM models can save a great deal of time by promoting the configuration and essentially removing all the relevant details on the receiver you have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Nurturing your sales opportunities can lead to various profits. The difficulty with many organizations, including those with centralized marketing and sales processes, is that a truly tailored partnership is presented with the most important and accurate information about a company. Using improvements in the marketing process to allow special and super-specific communications, for example, a demo email. Clearly, it goes beyond linking your networks and exchanging the data to achieve true alignment with the sales and marketing departments. However, the obstacles that prevent a transparent and productive relationship can be stored when the sharing of data and mutual supporting
Amazing UX and Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
It is always easier than I think it is to do something. It is very intuitive and you don't have to overthink anything. When you do run into a problem, support is there to help you right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is probably a prohibitive factor. I would use it with other companies I work with if it were less expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to post socially quite often. The automation have made a huge difference in our sales process and it is making the flow much easier. We also paid for marketing help though a Hubspot consultant and it is really making a difference in our content management and style. These monthly calls have helped us have an impartial third-party when making decisions and helping us think through the direction for our content marketing and website.
Scalable, Supportive and Smart
What do you like best about the product?
Everything all in one place for me and my team to access. The incredible knowledge and support the HubSpot team provides. We started with HubSpot four years ago and have grown with them. Absolutely invaluable to how we think about business development.

Some of their features are too limiting for example popups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy to Use Publishing Service
What do you like best about the product?
As opposed to WordPress, HubSpot's content publishing system is extremely easy to use and streamlined. I love being able to paste in text without fussing with code!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, spacing can be an issue (especially following bullet lists). I wish HubSpot was a bit better at knowing how to correctly space in those instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, I am able to upload content without fussing with code, and without worrying about bits and pieces dangling about. I can simply copy and paste the text I want in the post. And adding photos is a real cinch too. It's very easy to use and doesn't require a degree in HTML to figure out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot makes uploading content easy and fuss-free.
A lot to offer for content and email marketing, with lots of resources for beginners!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Hubspot is how they never lose track of the user experience. Every tool is crafted with the balance between the marketer's desire to feed people into the funnel with the often conflicting desire of website visitors to direct their own experience. The insistence on mobile-first design is also great from a UX perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing to figure out what questions should be addressed to community support vs Hubspot's support. The UI is generally stellar but occasionally things will be nested oddly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really has proven to be a "one-stop-shop" for us. We use it for content marketing and email marketing rather than the sales features. I am often interested specifically in the effectiveness of blog posts and marketing emails, and HubSpot makes it easy to analyze everything. Clicks, time on page, bounce rate, etc - we value creating content that is addressing people's questions, so having multiple metrics to show engagement is very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a small business owner or someone who is just starting to delve into marketing, Hubspot offers a lot of support and resources, plus a clear user interface.
