HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easy to integrate blogging into our marketing strategy and keep focus
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that everything is in one place: landing pages, blogs, social, emails, SEO, analytics, and planning. The tools are easy to use and guide you towards a better-working entirety.
HubSpot also gives us suggestions on where we could improve.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a more versatile social listening and monitoring tool, and a keyword and topics search. But I think they are included in an upgraded version.
Also, picture placement in blogs could be better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping an eye on SEO and the quality of our content is super easy.
In terms of CMS, I haven't seen anything like HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
Being a developer I like HubSpot's Drag & Drop builder. DB speed, Forms, Emails, Workflow everything is great!
You can create a custom theme according to yourself and backend functionality as well with hubDB.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, everything is up to date. rest HubSpot make sure to update itself timely. so we cant say and disappointing thing about CMS hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is under one hood. Marketing, ads, email, LP and WEBSITE as well as forms and hubDB. so it feels good to have everything under one hood with top-notch security and easy to use.
Very easy to use and optimized for best practices
What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easy to integrate as many programs as you need to complete a full marketing campaign within a single solution.
Having an easy social integration for almost any platform is great, and also having your website hosted directly on HubSpot makes marketing even easier. I could easily see this benefiting SMB and already see it benefiting Enterprise-level companies, as we are one of them.
I wouldn't say it's perfect and that everything integrates with it, but there is definitely enough technology out there that can fill in the gaps for your HubSpot Marketing Hub - from automated chat to video hosting, etc...

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of how the website hosting is laid out within the program itself. It can be extremely difficult to build landing pages without a coding professional on payroll and agencies that assist with these project can be more expensive than just hiring someone outright. If you're hosting your website on HubSpot, don't think there won't be additional costs for training, management and maintenance from either a vendor or an additional hire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub really solves any "problem" you face with regards to building an inbound marketing strategy. It gives you every vein and channel you need to be successful with engaging your audiences with inbound content. The major benefit is that, for the most part, it is fairly simple to use and learn.
It's one of the most well-organized and intuitive CRM tools I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is great for keeping a detailed record of outreach efforts to your organization's prospects. It's easy to see the prior communication that I, or other members of the sales/marketing organization, have had with the prospect. The HubSpot extension for Outlook offers easy access to templates which can be automatically personalized for each contact, as well, along with real-time "open" and "click" tracking. Dashboards to analyze recent outreach performance are also available, and heavily customizable, a well as a suite of content management tools (email newsletters, blog posts, and the like).
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve that some might need to overcome in terms of properly utilizing/building lists, importing contacts from spreadsheets, overall navigation, or properly integrating with other CRM /data management tools. Your HubSpot sales team can be somewhat helpful in figuring out these idiosyncrasies, but in the end, what will help the most is time using the software, and aligning the efforts/goals of all the stakeholders on your marketing team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to HubSpot's "Tasks" feature, I can easily set up a list of calls for the day, or week, and create follow-up Tasks as my calls are logged. It's a great organizational and time-saving feature. If you are anything like I am as an inside sales professional, there's nothing better in terms of helping you hit your call goals for the day.
Delighted HubSpot CMS User
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support experience. The company culture of education and sharing value well before receiving payment. It permeates every aspect of the product and the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive and I sometime hold them in such high regards I forget they are human too. As the company has continued to grow some features have been discontinued and/or replaced and has lead to massive frustration maintaining funcationality I had grown to rely on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stable platform with exceptional support. INtegration with CRM and other HubSPOt features in marekting and automation. Pretty much everything I want for a website.

Hubspot Good For Beginners, Bad for Sophisticated Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot collects a lot of information in a dashboard within Wordpress backends, which is what our company specializes in. It collects and routes forms, has an analytics system that shows data on those collections, and helps to create marketing automation processes which can be really helpful. If you're starting from zero, this is a great building block.
The form creation, editing, submission collections, and analytics around that is probably the single best part of the platform. It can also suggest and help to create landing pages, marketing automation emails, and inbound marketing lead generation hooks. All of this might seem pretty easy, but it's helpful to have a piece of software making the recommendations based on analytics instead of just pre-supposing what is needed in the next step.
For years, we utilized the free version of Hubspot so that we could take advantage of these featured. Unfortunately, at some point, you're going to hit a ceiling of what is possible with this system. That's a pretty minor criticism, it's a great tool depending upon your level of marketing sophistication.
For the vast majority of small businesses, this is going to be a great tool. I do not suggest the paid version, as it is quite expensive and it sort of locks you into a specific type/mode of marketing. I like the agility of being able to create different solutions. As a tool, it has its uses, but businesses should evaluate other options too. Just because it is free does not mean it is the only option.

What do you dislike about the product?
The paid version is extremely expensive. I'm not a big fan of paying exorbitant fees for marketing automation software and none of my clients use this. There's not a lot about the system to dislike if you're new to the marketing world.
Having to get clients to pay for their own account, login to it, and have a whole team that develops the "solution" on their site is a huge pain. It requires more work from the client than most are comfortable with and incurs additional costs that do not obviously help the client or the agency - only Hubspot. I get why they do it this way, and certainly for some clients it is well worth the cost, but for our purposes it was a tough sell.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use it quite a bit for form submissions collection, routing to the client, and analysis of results. It did enable us to diagnose some issues quickly, which was very helpful.
Ultimately, it did help us to ensure clients were getting the leads they wanted quickly and responding to them quickly.
When it came time to stop using it, we weren't thrilled about it. It had made life pretty easy - so it was hard to separate.

powerful, yet simple and friendly
What do you like best about the product?
easy integrations, amazing website themes
What do you dislike about the product?
cannot edit all the elements, may be the design manager could be improved to have more control over layouts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i'm able to review and analyze all email marketing campaigns and landing page performances.
with the help of all these tools could easily evaluate how customers are reaching out as well

Recommendations to others considering the product:
a great tool for integrating social media , email marketing campaigns and marketing automations. Also, website migration and updating are pretty much easy. I recommend this for experienced as well as newbies.
Powerful features with easy-to-use interface - absolutely essential for modern business
What do you like best about the product?
The combination of features and interface is great. You can get up to speed quickly even if you are new to Hubspot. Hubspot is also really good at servicing their customers, will direct callback options. When you are running a fast organization that's gold. In the years we've been using Hubspot we've not experienced any major issues and things usually function the way they are intended to.
There's also a ton of Hubspot dedicated agencies that can help you with any detailed work. They've usually built up their own library of code, too, and can share across customers

What do you dislike about the product?
Some things just aren't up to standard. The folder logic, for example, is still too basic. If you are running large accounts with lots of activities, that will set you back.
Some of the features that more advanced users need are really only coming out now, and Hubspot has been lagging behind there.
Here and there, the platform just isn't as intuitive as I'd like it to be. Small things, but you'll get used to it.

We have both CRM as well as Website and Marketing activities centralized on Hubspot. That way we have pretty accurate data on user flows and journeys rather than having to puzzle together different software.
It's our gateway to communicate between departments, which is essential in a remote environment. What's great is that ALL activities a contact does show up on a timeline. Even for marketplace integrations, so you'll always have the full picture of activity.

I'd consider strongly what you plans for growth and expansion are.

Easy to use interface, amazing service, innovative product that's weaved into our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would great if there were more features in the CMS. It's pretty amazing, but finding custom modules or doing stuff that would easy in wordpress or another CMS is tough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to keep our team aligned. The data we get access to about client interaction on our website allows for amazing insight.
