What do you dislike about the product?
The Speed. Sometimes it takes minutes to load a contact or a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact database, deal funnel, Sales reportings, social media Postings and ads, CMS, mailings
Good marketing toolbox for a medium size company.
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Hubspot for newsletters, CRM & website and blog management. It is really great that you can see how your CRM contacts are interacting with each of these elements and adapt the communication to their user path.
Support was very responsive and quick to find solutions which was very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
UX of website CMS and management of email lists were a bit complicated, had to work with support to understand how to manage everything.
Analytics are a bit limited, but if you are just looking for an overview, this is enough.
Working on the materials as a team can be challenging sometimes, because you cannot make comments or track status easlily.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tailoring communication to different audiences, managing prospecting clients. We have clients all over the world, so we are creating communication materials in multiple languages and need to adapt to different time zones. Knowing where the clients are in the purchase journey and how they are interacting with our website and newsletter is a big plus.

What do you like best about the product?
My team is able to collaborate on projects using the planning tools built into Hubspot. It's not restrictive in this planning area so you can get creative with how you use it. I also enjoy the interconnection that is automated between our content and emails to our contacts and leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a great integration for video streaming so we could post a "Hubspot Video" on our blog posts and landing pages, that was streamed live. Sort of like a webinar (which there is an integration for in forms) but I want an actual embedded video that is live streaming on my blog posts which is trackable through the Hubspot analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing and sales working in better harmony thanks to the information about lead engagement and scheduling tools for the sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot's seemingly complicated platform is actually really easy to use. It is only complicated because it offers so much. Take your time to learn how different aspects of the Hub work and how they work together. You'll realize that it's all very user-friendly. Use the Hubspot Academy training when necessary. The learning curve is worth the reward.
New, Happy Convert to HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very intuitive to use, and I like how all the features can be shared and viewed with/by my other team members. When blog posting, I also appreciate the intuitive tools that help me replace and edit images, optimize posts, preview before publishing, etc. I come from a WordPress background, so I was a bit nervous about transitioning to HubSpot, but it is a very user-friendly platform for blogging, content marketing, social media--HS helps me do it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while, the HS system gets glitchy and my edits aren't saved, or there is a delay before new edits appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm writing more blogs and answering more social media queries with more efficiency than before.

The workflow capabilities are very intuitive and customizable, which is great.
Easy access to analytics/reports is helpful -- I find them pretty intuitive

What do you dislike about the product?
All text editors are very glitchy unless you're using the HTML editors. The normal editor for both emails and knowledge base articles is funky. It spaces things irregularly, it changes fonts on you (even if you highlight and change the font, it will randomly not work, etc.). To that end, I also hate that you have to code a default email template and can't just change the settings at face value (unless I'm missing something here). Same with the manage subscription/unsubscribe pages. We should be able to edit those more easily.
It would be nice to have a part of Hubspot dedicated to collaborative projects among the marketing team (something like what Basecamp does) integrated into Hubspot.
We also found the Hubspot feedback survey capabilities subpar and decided to integrate Survicate instead, which is fine, but would be nice to have kept it simple with Hubspot.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's super helpful to be able to automate emails with great precision and specificity. Helps us to target clients and stay on top of them so as not to miss out on sales. It's a big time saver and will be really crucial especially as we scale. I like that you can segment marketing emails into different subscription categories, too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have someone available to do HTML coding for you, as the templates and editing capabilities are limited.
The power of an enterprise platform without the technical usability challenges
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is feature rich with lots of out of the box functionality. All application drive out of the same easy to use interface and contract data is easy to find in the free CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functional, such as NPS, is not available in Marketing Hub and needs to be either set up as a native third party integration or you need to purchase Service Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub runs our content marketing programme. To do this we use all the functionality of the Marketing Pro app. Having everything in one place makes our marketing effort more efficient and effective. We've also added HubSpot CMS and this enables us to run our website and leverage all our digital assets from a single platform.
The tools make it very easy to correct issues impacting your results, expert not required!
What do you like best about the product?
You don't have to have extensive experience to make changes. The system takes you right to the page and provides access to their knowledge base documentation that is very well written and easy to follow. Their guides not only help you resolve the highlighted issue, but they educate you on the importance of making sure your content is optimized and provide examples beyond just correcting it. They clearly outline the value of your time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult to find images requiring updates if they were within custom pages and used multiple times. The system usually allows you to click to correct the page from the page but for these, you had to find them. However, the issues stayed flagged until resolved and after becoming more familiar with the system, it was easier to find and correct the images.
Depending on the complexity of your process and tracking needs/requirements, you may still need some level of programmer/developer support to complete landing pages. It would be great to add more of the "easy to use" features so we could eliminate the more costly resources and still accomplish the content/sales lead gen goals.
There aren't controls or forced structure for storing images, files, etc. which when multiple people are adding content can get a little unorganized lacking consistent logic or naming rules. It would be great if this structure could exist in the system OOTB while allowing flexibility for more advanced organizations. Creating the structure after the fact takes a little bit of work and requires updating content/pages to prevent broken links, etc. - something the novice user would know to avoid but the beginner may not recognize right away.

Improve our SEO results without developer effort or making major changes to the website content. Too early to tell, but now all published content contains optimized attributes and tags before we publish it live thus saving us a lot of rework and wasted effort.
Their educational approach makes them more of a partner by providing us the knowledge and training we need to be successful going forward without costing us additional expense. We were able to use their drag and drop features to design and publish our blog pages and create sales lead landing pages. We were able to shift work off our development team and into the product/marketing team so each team can focus on their key goals and deliverables. It also streamlined our processes so there weren't unnecessary stop/gap periods while we waited for other teams to complete their step in the content delivery; one team owns it from start to finish.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very complete software, I have so many posibilites, I can be creative, and it is very easy and intuitive to use, I think that is what I like the most about it, it very easy.
When developing landing pages, it is very visual , I don't need to have technical programming knowledge to make great and efective landing pages. I also like how I can have a great feedback and all the important data to see if my campaigns are actually working, and they are not, I can change my strategies. I also really enjoy and give a lot of use to automating emails.

Take all the lessons on Hubspot Academy to take more advantage of all the functions

Landing page editing is a little tedious. I think creating templates that are free and more dynamic would be useful.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot provides a seamless experience in creating marketing material custom tailored to requirements. The training videos are an amazing repository of information and provide nuggets of knowledge in a crisp yet meaningful manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to dislike a product that makes life of a marketer easy but if I were to dislike it'll be its sheer simplicity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smooth integration with existing web domain is its biggest asset. Scheduling posts, editing & reposting published posts, contact segmentation are some of its excellent benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is the pinnacle in digital marketing software. For non-software professionals like myself it provides an amazing user experience enriched with every usage.
