Really love HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
So much you can do with it. We run our website through it in addition to keeping contacts, accounts, writing blog posts, social media, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things can be a little funny. For example, when editing an email, have to keep refreshing to see changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really is a great place to handle everything marketing related. Syncs well with our CRM as well.
HS is a great sales tool and I love how the support area is allways welling to help

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like have more flexibility to build funnel reports and have more reliable date in the industry property for the company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I autommated many task for the Sales team and make many analysis with the reports feature

integrations with forms and contacts, i dont have to worry about contact forms failing or making complex spreadsheets to gather that info

The CMS it's complex, powerful but cmplex to learn compared to others

Landing Page creation it's easy, i dont have to worry about contact forms

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize and automate campaigns, leads, landing pages and contacts. Their training programs and customer service is top notch. The program is pricy but well worth the investment considering we spent that money in manual processes and working with a consultant. Now being able to utilize this to the best of our ability, we are gaining more traction.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not as straightforward as you’d think from a duplication standpoint. Being able to remove duplicates as they come in would be helpful. Also their pricing is confusing. we don’t understand the annual reconciliation of contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating to customers and prospects has never been easier. It’s helped to bring in more leads and automate processes of traditional marketing. Prior to Hubspot, we weren’t able to maximize our reach and everything was mundane. We had to pay a consultant to update our website. Invites to events were from a company email address and blind copied.

What do you like best about the product?
Moreover I like everything in HubSpot but there's a few sweet things:
1. Contact views, that saves a lot of time because we don't need to open contacts to view their details.
2. Integration with almost all applications/platforms.
3. WordPress forms don't need any extra care they just come in HubSpot as soon as you put HS JS over the website.
4. Raw HTML form feature.
5. Workflows are quite powerful in comparison to other MA systems.
6. Enrollment to the SFDC campaign can be done via import as well.
7. We don't need to import contacts if we are migrating from other MA systems if we are having SFDC integrated. We can directly do it right from HubSpot. That's a life-saving feature.

1. Active lists need some improvement. They take a lot of time to process the information.
2. Instance wise different behavior.
3. Webhook thing is quite complex in HubSpot in comparison to Marketo. We need to create an app using developer console in order to just use simple apps (e.g. if I want to integrate Zerobounce using API URL).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drag and drop have been a boon for the entire team. We just need to get a template created and boom. Automated a lot of processes that is I think solving a complex query using Marketing Hub.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy sync between HS and SFDC makes managing sales and marketing data’s breeze. No more guesswork about which content made the difference because Hubspot captures the whole customer journey progression.

I wish the blog analytics were more insightful and could provide more data about areas of the blog readers engage with

We now can map a full customer journey which helps us understand which content is actually driving business.

Give the professional platform a chance and consider the ease of hosting services like web chat in the same platform that tell the customer journey story.
Truly the best user interface on the market
What do you like best about the product?
I don't think I've come across one thing that I wanted to do that couldn't be accomplished on this platform in one way, shape or form. As a new user it was very easy for me to hit the ground running without experience. By far the best feature is the chat where I can quickly and easily consult a member of the team to get my problem solved in no time. They're always so nice and very helpful and I walk away knowing how to solve the problem on my own the next time around.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of that would make this platform better would be a better idea of what emails were going out when? A calendar feature so to speak for automated workflows. Drag and drop features in the workflows would also be helpful as would AB testing capabilities in automated workflows. Particularly when it comes to smart rules and subject lines. There are lots of times where I wish we could change the subject line depending on the user persona.

We're achieving scalable communications with our prospects, making data-driven decision about our content, and keeping better track of our prospects engagement activity than ever before.
Ease of use combined with great advanced functionality for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
the seamless integration of marketing tools in one platform UI for website, blogging, forms, email and seo. Compared to wordpress, it is much simpler to quickly design using templates and publish posts, and then to conduct optimizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
management of templates, settings, and configuration tools live in different areas of the platform. It's not always easy to fine and locate to make changes quickly or consistently.

it has made email marketing more scalable, content development/marketing/publishing more seamless, and easy to drive marketing efforts towards capturing and measuring leads. As a single marketer in a growing organization HubSpot has made it easy to scale initiatives and make it repeatable

HubSpot is complete, it is very functional and easy to use for any user. The adoption of the platforms is very fast.

It is very remarkable the functionality of HubSpot CMS, recently added to the Marketing stack. It is extremely easy to use, it has advanced SEO features and the infrastructure in Cloudflare make it one of the best we have ever known.

It is necessary to create specific verticals for Retail, Banks, Consumer Goods and other industries.
In support, hubspot has one of the best experiences in technical training, almost everything is possible from its knowledge base, but it could further improve the sale of consulting services for when technical assistance is needed.

- EVERYTHING, the truth is that it is a great product, I do not envy anything to SAP, Oracle or Salesforce.
- Methodology: HubSpot is THE ONLY software company in the world that accompanies its clients with a methodology. Neither SAP nor Oracle give an accompaniment, they sell and leave. HubSpot supports its clients with the Inbound Marketing methodology, underestimated by Gartner and Forrester in their / wave quadrants.

A lasting software love needing pleased with ease of functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the toolkits and content that HubSpot shares. When I receive emails from HubSpot, I often find myself clicking into the content as it is relevant for my needs. In addition, I love to implement the culture comments and recommendations. I have spread the word to many at my company in regard to culture.
I love that it integrates easily within my email and tracks what I need it to track without duplication. This is very helpful when constantly needing to log information to an account. I also love that I can check the box and omit any information I need to omit due to privacy concerns.
The support center has been very helpful. My last few experiences have been over the top.

What do you dislike about the product?
Webpage building is not easy. The modules are often glitchy. Wix makes website creation much easier. I love the design template functionality; however, it would be nice to have better modules that produce results. We actually have to use a wix site that our Hubspot connects to for webpages that need to be produced and edited quickly. Recently, I was building out a page and had to make sure descriptions were the same length and word count because different word counts changes the module size. This should not be the case as I have it set to a certain height and width.
I often find myself using prebuilt modules, but those are not easily editable as they are prebuilt.
In addition, it is difficult to find answers to my questions. I will pour over knowledge articles, submit support cases, or add a comment to the community. This often leads to a "the product might eventually do that" or try this work around code. As someone that does not code often, I prefer to have simple fixes. It would also be nice to easily locate a number to call someone and talk through my use case as opposed to submitting a case and exchanging lengthy emails that create frustration when the problem can be explained in one minute.

Ultimately, we strive to enhance automation and expand brand awareness with our Hubspot product. This is done in a plethora of ways using various functionalities within the software.
We solve for awareness issues by using web pages. These pages allow us to project a message while tracking the experience of any that land on our website. This has even caused us to decide to do a website revamp this year.
We solve for event registration using landing pages. This allows us to capture interests, create lists, and easily message needed insights with attendees.
We solve for internal comms visibility using outbound. Our previous internal communication was poor and lacking. Now, we automate all of the process and communicate with our employees frequently. We are actually getting ready to try the newsletter templates and expand our audience.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend purchasing the software if you want to automate your processes and have a lot of outbound in your strategy. The inbound could be more robust, so consider your inbound strategy when using.
