Straightforward, Easy Ordering with Procurify
What do you like best about the product?
Very straight forward and easy to use. Never had a problem ordering and receiving the products ordered
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about Procurify

What do you like best about the product?
I find Procurify user-friendly and really easy to implement and start using, with an interface that is not complicated at all. It helps with ordering materials and visibility, supporting clear communication and the setting of target dates. I also like how it allows me to note when I need material on hand, so the procurement team knows not to stock up too early or be late. I would rate it as a 10 for small to mid-sized companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to use on phone. Screen is small so can't process easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify helps with ordering materials and visibility. It's user-friendly, making communication and setting target dates easy. I can note when materials are needed, and the procurement team handles scheduling efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Procurify helps in controlling unplanned maverick spending and bringing policy purchases under control. It manages and approves spending before money is committed, which improves financial discipline. The initial setup of Procurify was fast

I think Procurify could be improved by enabling smarter filtering across large datasets and transactions.

I use Procurify for pre-purchase spend control, managing and approving spending to improve financial discipline, and controlling unplanned maverick spending.
Simple Tasks and Clear Labels Make Ordering Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping the tabs simple when ordering makes a big difference. The steps are straightforward, with no complications or dozens of choices to sort through. The wording is very important, too, because clear labels help me know exactly what I’m selecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that it doesn't have color to make things much more appealing and track with colors. When order requests are made and where in the process is it at till the end of the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don’t really know what Procurify is solving, because I haven’t had any issues with Procurify.

It is a very use friendly software and very easy and simple to use.

There is nothing that I dislike i like everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify has really helped us advance within our company and has helped us with all the hassle and moving everything digital and more simple.
Efficient Procurement with Room for Enhancement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procurify is great for letting me know my orders have been approved or denied. It's also very informative on what is purchased and received, so I can utilize and put items away efficiently. I appreciate the new feature of mandatory putting the need-by date; it really brings attention to the needed date and makes us less likely to run out of crucial items for production. It's a great system tool because before using it I was kind of in the dark on half the items I sent to purchase. Setting up Procurify was pretty easy, and after about a month, we got pretty good at it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having common items frequently ordered being reviewed and put in the system for future orders instead of having to research prices, company, and item codes through the generic item option would be beneficial. Also, I wish the mobile app was as detailed as the desktop version. This area could use a big update to be as equal as the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify alerts me about order approvals, keeps me informed about items received, and the mandatory need-by date feature helps prevent stockouts and facilitates better planning.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Procurify for making issuing POs faster and easier. I like the speed and ease of making purchases, which works really well for me. I enjoy the app's features and found it very easy to set up. Everything works very well for me with Procurify, which is why I rated it a 10 for likelihood to recommend.

Currently right now there is nothing I dislike.

I use Procurify for purchasing and invoicing oil rig equipment. It makes issuing POs faster and easier, and I like the speed and ease it provides in making purchases.

Being able to find old POs is a little bit cumbersome.

I find the Procurify mobile app for uploading receipts easy to use, which makes it simpler to submit expenses for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the approval process easy enough, but sometimes the button to click 'approve' is off the screen, making it more difficult than it should be to approve unless you scroll over/down. I'd prefer everything to fit on one page so I can see approval details and approve easily.

Procurify makes it easier to submit expenses for work. I like the mobile app for uploading receipts because it's easy to use.
