Extremely User friendly, helpful support, useful updates, very responsive to feedback, great team, very easy to search and refine information such as POs, Bills by number, Invoices by number, Vendor information, fast software, comparable pricing, useful AI features simplifying invoice entry Integrations like reports printable to Excel

The latest view update does not show the number of searched items next to the header

I use Procurify to submit budgets from broadcasts and get them to our team so we can get purchase orders created for our vendors. It streamlines the approval process. I like the drop-down options for details and the overall ease of use once you understand it.

I am not a fan of the weird unit and cost system

It’s very easy and straightforward to navigate, and everything you need is right at your fingertips. Creating your own “catalog” for purchasing is simple, and it makes re-ordering quick and hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can’t think of any downsides to Procurify. Its simplicity is truly unmatched, and it makes the whole experience feel straightforward and easy to use.

I haven’t had any problems or issues with it so far. The main benefit of using Procurify is that it’s very simple and easy to use.
Hassle-Free Ordering Through the Company Amazon Account
What do you like best about the product?
I can order items via the company's amazon account without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Add other websites to the platform, like ebay, shein, etc.

It tracks all of our department's budgets and we can track our expenses via the dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to submit requests and receive orders with Procurify. It's very helpful to have specific boxes, which facilitate communication between me and the purchasing team. I also appreciate having a place to see all the orders we have placed. The initial setup of Procurify was very easy.

Maybe being able to have a draft of order requests

I use Procurify to submit purchase requests for my company. It solves the problem of having a central place to see all orders placed. I like how easy it is to submit requests and receive orders, and the specific boxes make communication with the purchasing team helpful.

Procurify fixes messy, manual, and opaque purchasing and AP processes by centralizing intake‑to‑pay, enforcing budgets, and giving real‑time visibility into all non‑payroll spend.
Configurable Approvals and AI Quote Import Make POs Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that we no longer have to carry paper purchase orders around to get approvals. The approval flow is highly configurable, and the delegation feature makes it much easier to handle POs when people are out of the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I used to have has been resolved with the addition of the new AI import-from-quote feature. I used to hate entering everything line item by line item, especially on large projects. The AI upload quote and translate feature is amazing, and it makes the whole process much easier.

budget tracking for projects! The reports section is amazing and allows data extraction to csv.

What do you like best about the product?
First time using procurement software/web-ware, it's generally proven very easy to request items to procure and check the statuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't quickly duplicate and re-order.
I want a dedicated place to request new suppliers within procurify.
Sometimes I can struggle to find specific items I've previously ordered due to high volumes of procurement.

I frequently require consumables to be purchased and procurify lets me simply source and request, it's very handy and minimises mis-communications.
