What do you like best about the product?
I use Procurify to make all my company purchases for my campus. I like that it's easy to use. I'm able to look up items at a moment's glance, and it keeps a record of everything for me. I when was the last time I processed a payment. It's easy to use, I easy to verify and look up using the vendor's name. I'm able to close orders once things are received, and I like that. All the records are kept efficiently for me, so I can look over them once I'm done with the month's purchases. I just need my receipts reconciled, and all orders are kept track of. I can see if I have a similar order and repurchase it or reprocess it.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"I would just like to learn more about it so I can see what else I can use it for.","More about record tracking and what would make it easier for me to use it more often.","I want a way that I can just hit reorder for items that I frequently use.","One of the things that is difficult is when I'm putting an order in and if I take too long on the order. I submit it and it does not show up on Procurify.","It simply disappears. I don't get an error message or timeout message. It just doesn't show up.","It happens frequently if I'm too long with the application open.","I literally have to create a new order and go through the whole process again, and then go back to the old order and cancel the old order because it's still in a record."}
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procurify to make all my company purchases. It's easy to use, lets me look up items at a moment's glance, and keeps record of everything. I can close orders once things are received and check past orders to reprocess them.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Procurify for receiving, and it makes it a lot easier to get things received in. What I like most is how simple it is to navigate through the system. It most definitely sped up the process and limits errors. The initial setup was extremely easy too. I don't have any issues at all with the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any issues. I actually have no issues.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Procurify is how easy it is to use while still providing strong control over the purchasing process. The approval workflows are intuitive and help keep everyone accountable without slowing things down. I also appreciate the real-time budget visibility, which makes it easier to track spending and avoid surprises. The interface is clean, the mobile app makes approvals convenient when I'm away from my desk, and the customer support team has been responsive whenever we've needed assistance. Overall, Procurify has made our procurement process more organized, transparent, and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I dislike about Procurify is the pricing structure. Many of the features are offered as separate modules that require additional licensing costs, which can make the overall investment add up quickly. While the platform offers great functionality, it would be nice if more features were included in the base package so organizations could take full advantage of the system without purchasing multiple add-on modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify has helped us solve several procurement challenges, including inconsistent purchasing processes, limited visibility into company spending, and slow approval cycles. By centralizing purchase requests, approvals, and purchase orders in one platform, we've improved accountability and ensured purchases follow our organization's policies. The real-time budget tracking gives managers better insight into spending before purchases are approved, helping us avoid budget overruns. Overall, Procurify has streamlined our procurement workflow, reduced manual effort, and increased transparency across the purchasing process.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it really easy to order supplies to keep our store operational!

Sometimes it is hard to find product SKU numbers.

Giving me time back to focus on operations once I place my order for supplies. It also helps me track what has arrived and what hasn’t!

What do you like best about the product?
Procurify allows you to centralise your procurement system, integrating both expenses and order requests so you can accurately track and review performance across a number of different areas of the business. The reporting is very detailed and easy to use, which helps the business review ROI on certain projects and streamline pricing. The support team are available around the clock and are very proactive about making improvements and assisting with any queries when using the system
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some drawbacks that, unfortunately, can’t be changed. Once an order is receipted in the system, there’s no way to make any edits. It’s also easy to duplicate orders, which can cause reporting information to become less accurate. As a result, it takes a lot of time to clean the system up and remove orders that were entered in error or duplicated.

Intuitive Prompts and Smooth CSV Ordering Keep Purchases Fast

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the software prompts me to fill in missing sections with intuitive drop down menus, and helps me give the team everything they need to get the products I want in my hands as fast as possible. I've never needed to ask for support after being trained on the company codes since the software explains everything very well after onboarding, and also runs well when using the CSV order filling format for our larger, repetitive orders, preventing us from having to put each item in manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the software drops the account code when importing from trusted suppliers like McMaster-Carr or Amazon, meaning I have to fill it out twice. I also dislike that there is no way to blanket-apply account codes outside of the individual items, as it's often that not every item needs it's own code and more that the whole order fits within a general labelling structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to easily talk with the procurement team and see what's happening with my orders. It would be really helpful if there was a way to track the ETA of orders without having to hunt down the procurement team, though.

What do you like best about the product?
My experience with Procurify has been very positive, with just a few hiccups at the beginning while I was learning how to use it. Overall, the platform is user-friendly and makes procurement and expense management much more organized and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The top-off request was difficult due to not being instructed to make new top-off active and was being declined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no problems at this time.

What do you like best about the product?
Procurify has been really helpful for creating stock requisitions quickly and easily, and for keeping track of all my orders in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now. Procurify has worked very well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of repetition: I'm always able to easily put in a recurring thing because of Procurify's memory.
