A very versatile tool
What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility of the platform. It is easy to train and learn to colleague how to handle some projects by themselves via Bynder. The amount of tutorial helps a lot also to reduce the amount of training to give.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tag system. If used correctly this system is great but when working with big amount of imagery, it become difficult to keep track and stay on point with the tag system. The collections are a way to solve the problem but a bigger "folder" system would help a lot I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly providing ressources to the all company without having to ask to a specific person. Also giving the possibility to more people to create their own content.

Bynder provides excellent advice and support. Whether you need help setting up your DAM or working with it, it doesn't matter. There's always an expert to advise and help you.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although Bynder offers excellent support and will always help with issues, the tool and extra modules are sometimes less intuitive than you would like. Improving on this would be a significant win!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder made us rethink DAM. We used to store our assets in an Image Bank, after which they ended up everywhere and nowhere for use and editing. As a result, we had no control over our assets and recalling images was a complete disaster. Today we are in full control of our assets, saving time and money. For our next move (fully integrating Bynder into our marketing distribution platforms and content creation, an expert team of Bynder is supporting us in asses and planning our following steps. We can't wait to get fully integrated.
Very good programme to use if you ensure every colleague sticks to the same tagging system
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way to store assets in one place for easy access. When using the right filing system is becomes very convienient to find assets quick and easy. Happy with the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging systems can be very complex and if all colleagues arent using the same tags for assets, in order to group them together, then assets can become lost or hard to find which is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep all assets in one place for colleagues to access, upload and download convieniently. Though, it can be hard to get your head around using it so trainings are needed for employees.

After the onboarding, it's really mostly a self-service tool. More proactively offering regular trainings would make the experience better.

Easy to upload and tag assets. Great tool for employees to find what they're looking for and ensure the assets are up-to-date. API works well with website.

Sometimes the functionality is a bit confusing for internal users, so they struggle to find what they're looking for.

Ensuring assets are always up to date and reflects this on our website which it's connected to.
More than just a DAM
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is easy to use for people inexperienced with a DAM system and is easy to train users on. As a company, we have found that Bynder is more than just a library of assets, but also a powerful tool for brand guidelines and delivery of assets to third parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting on Bynder could be more dynamic. I would like it to be easier to peer under the hood on our assets. That said, I do feel that the Bynder team takes these suggestions and works to improve them.

Bynder solves our asset storage needs making our asset library searchable and shareable. It allows us to upload large batches of assets at a time and add specific metadata

User interface is appealing and easy to navigate. Ease of uploading multiple assets at a time
What do you dislike about the product?
Individualized development and unique preferences are not available which creates some manual work for admins.

Makes digital asset management simple. Lots of helpful tools. Batch uploading is easy. The onboarding team was very responsive.

Needs more customization options. Would love a few extra features like collections of collections.

We have assets scattered around the globe and needed to put them in a single, easy-to-search place.
