Dynamic Photo Sorting with Custom Taxonomy in Bynder
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder provides a dynamic way to sort and find photos with a custom taxonomy/filtering system.
Customer support has been far and away the best part of onboarding us to Bynder. Rachel Jang and
Francine Rodriguez Irizarry were instrumental in helping us work out some kinks and give us the best process to migrate our assets.

What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t gotten much further than onboarding yet, so I don’t think I can give a solid answer at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is making it easier to create collections and share photos with people in, and more importantly, outside the system in our organization.
Versatile DAM with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I find Bynder highly flexible and easy to work with. I appreciate features like AI and natural language search, which enable users across the organization to quickly find the right assets using familiar descriptors. The AI facial tagging supports employee lifecycle management, allowing for automated flagging and editing of assets as needed. The technical configuration was fairly easy, and with the team's support, we were able to set up an MVP instance in 8 weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Landing page design features could be easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder provides centralized asset storage and simplifies asset management with editing, versioning, and syndication. It enhances employee lifecycle management with AI features and easy asset searching through natural language. Integration with platforms supports external and internal asset sharing.
Excellent onboarding, Intuitive Platform, Transformative for Decentralized Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience was excellent. Bynder's team helped us configure the DAM to fit our specific workflows and metadata needs. The ability to create custom user guides within the system has been a huge plus for driving adoption. Because the interface is intuitive, staff training was easier than expected. Whether someone uses the platform every day or just once a month, they can navigate it confidently without a steep learning curve. That ease of use had a ripple effect we didn't fully anticipate. Internal asset sharing increased significantly, reducing back-and-forth emails and messages that used to slow teams down. The platform also integrates smoothly into our existing systems, making the transition far less disruptive than we expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, the asset bank can feel overwhelming because there is so much content. This is really a challenge of scale, not a problem with the platform itself. We solved it by focusing on search and filters during staff training, and once people get used to it, managing the content becomes easier. The bigger issue is that there is no synonym support for tags. In every other DAM I have used, you can connect synonyms so that searching for "fall" also brings up assets tagged "autumn." Without this feature, managing tags takes a lot more work, and users might miss important assets just because they searched for a different word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is helping us solve the problem of working in silos without a central place for our assets. Before we started using Bynder, teams worked on their own, kept assets to themselves, and often didn’t know what other departments had. This caused us to buy the same stock and graphic assets more than once, and staff spent a lot of time searching for materials in different places. Now, with one searchable source, we’re already seeing better sharing and more teamwork across departments.
In addition to centralizing our assets, we use Bynder to make sure we handle photo metadata in a consistent way, which helps us fix an ongoing compliance problem. Before, we didn’t always follow image licensing rules, and staff often weren’t sure about the terms for each asset. Bynder lets us attach licensing details right to each asset, so everyone can easily see how an image can or can’t be used. This reduces risk and makes asset management much clearer.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with the Bynder onboarding team made a significant difference in the success of our migration. Rachel and Melissa were consistently helpful, collaborative, and approachable throughout the process. They helped turn what initially felt like a very large and overwhelming project into something that was clear, organized, and manageable.
Their ability to explain complex steps in a straightforward way, stay organized, and respond thoughtfully to questions gave our team confidence as we moved through each phase of the migration. We really appreciated their professionalism and steady partnership from start to finish.

Bynder is helping us centralize and better govern our digital assets, addressing challenges with inconsistent tagging, poor findability, and fragmented storage. The platform has improved search, clarified standards, and given us a more scalable way to manage assets as more teams adopt the system, resulting in greater efficiency and confidence in how content is shared and used.
Smooth Transition to Bynder with Successful Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Switching to Bynder has been a relatively smooth transition for us. The implementation and deployment have gone well, and I’m looking forward to hearing how others across the organization feel about Bynder compared with our previous DAM solution.

The cost of Bynder is higher than our previous solution.

Bynder is helping us create a centralized place where our Associates can access our digital assets. It’s cut down on the constant, “Where can I find xx?” questions and made it much easier to locate what we need.
Streamlined Brand Management with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the world-class support and onboarding team at Bynder. They're truly second to none and made the setup process incredibly easy, providing clear instructions, milestones, and expectations. I love the intuitive and user-friendly UI, as well as the AI-powered 'smart' search. The powerful analytics and reporting features are also standout elements for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would improve the Assessment/Vetting stage a bit. When we first started testing to see what we could do with the tool, we were kinda left to our own devices. Meaning, if we ran into a snag, we were unaware if it was a glitch with the tooling OR a gap in our knowledge in how the tool worked. It's a small thing but could be impactful, for future suitors to do a quick training (as opposed to an overview) on the major functions.

I use Bynder to eliminate asset chaos, improve brand consistency, avoid outdated content, reduce creative bottlenecks, assess asset value, and integrate my tech stack efficiently.

Nothing comes to mind but some may object to a large learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Bynder was super helpful in the entire process. They showed me specific ways to solve each problem I had with my previous solution. I love how simple the platform is for my team to use.

I dont have any dislikes at the moment. The Bynder team and product met my needs every step of the way.

Bynder is streamlining the way we find and distribute assets to our clients. Before it was a brutal mess with several platforms that were siloed and often lost. This give my team and I an easy place to find everything we need when a client needs it.
