Recorded future has been a great product for us so far.

Its helpful for scouring the dark web for leaked employee credentials and for taking down imposter domains

The base platform is costly, and the additional expenses for third-party integrations can add up quickly, making it difficult to justify the overall investment.
For a comprehensive threat intelligence solution, we expected more of these integrations to be included without significant extra costs.

Excellent product
What do you like best about the product?
Customer success team routinley asks for input from customers to improve the service. product imporvements are made regularly.
RF has become a core compnent of our vulnerabilty management and threat intellegence. We use it multple times a day. The consoles are easy to use and understandd. Implementation is easy and fast. Intergrations are fully supported and customer support is always quick to respond.

Cost and licensing model. Service is excellent but cost is high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RF helps us prioritse emergency patching and block IOC's from threat before they can affect our enviornment.
The Best of the Best
What do you like best about the product?
Recorded Future hands down has the most up to date and accurate intelligence information compared to any other platform on the market. Recorded Future is easy to implement, depending on your organizations needs. Their user interface is self explanatory and requires little to no training on it. Their customer support is great and their phone support is even better. Recorded Future takes customer feedback seriously and makes the changes their customers want.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside of Recorded Future is that some of their support documentation is out of date (like most other vendors), so you will need to contact support to get the most up to date or accurate way to do some items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recorded Future is giving us the insights that we need to prioritize our intelligence for what our business needs. This allows us to focus on what does and can impact our organization to better secure it without having to sift through noisey data that may or may not be applicable to our industry.
Impressive Source of Intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
I was impressed with the intelligence that Recorded Future had for my company. Dark web sources to identify compromised accounts was an immediate and easy use case to incorporate into the Service Desk. the vulnerability data was applicable and valuable to the enterprise. The Recorded Future onboarding team helped get us from received intelligence to actionable intelligence. We use Recorded Future on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have much to complain about. I think most of the delays were a result of collecting data of our enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recorded Future assisted us with identifying compromised passwords and having the Service Center work with end users to reset their passwords.
The vulnerability intelligence helps identify what is applicable to the company, and we are able to track progress for deploying security updates to systems.
With Attack Surface management, we can begin educating the marketing and web teams with reducing risk and securing their public facing interfaces.

As a large manufacturing company, we have been using Recorded Future for several years. Throughout this time, they have consistently prioritized customer experience, even going so far as to visit our location in person while we were still expanding our investment in the product.
During our usage, we have successfully integrated Recorded Future into our SIEM, logging, and security tools, enabling us to identify potential threats proactively. We also appreciate the daily alerts and insights into our tech stack, which help us stay aware of vulnerabilities and potential exploitations

What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint is that it is quite expensive and based up on number of users. When you are in an industry where your security budget is tighter this product is critical but hard to budget for where some of their modules have entry points. Howwever, I have found the sales people to be very workable and creative in trying to find ways to help you get exactly what you need at a price that will allow you to grow it year over year so that is a positive side to the negative.

Leaked Creds, Similar Domains, Dark Web Monitoring, Potential Code leaked and threats are a few of them.

Thus far, there is nothing I dislike about Recorded Future. I am a happy user.

It provide relevant and amazing intelligence for vulnerabilty, threats and threat actors. It help us monitor dark web mentions, leaked credentials and monitionring our brands becomes easy alsong with our executives.

The tool has brought great value to us and it is reasonably priced. With Recorded Future, we are now able to monitor our digital internet-exposed assets. The level of detail and the timeliness of the findings are exceptional.

Sometimes the information available becomes too much and could be overwhelming to work through. However, we have adjusted our internal processes to allow us to easily identify and process important information.
