Very easy to make surveys, collect responses and report results online or export ppt, excel or word reports.
Intuitive interface, ready made questionnaires are plus.

Nothing to dislike as everything works as it should.

Need for having fast insights when something changes on the market or competition enviroment. After survey is easier to make right desicions.
