What do you like best about the product?
The availability of the teams, the delegation of negotiations for our SaaS tools (saving us time), their tool that centralizes our contracts and sends us reminders

What do you like best about the product?
The support to allow me to delegate the "brokerage" part and benchmarking on the prices of SaaS solutions, and thus save time in my daily life.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online platform. I don't use it because it's redundant with my internal tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time needed to negotiate, benchmark, the best prices for the solutions, and anticipate renewals.

What do you like best about the product?
Today NAJAR allows me to cover a significant number of cases while providing industry expertise depending on the topics. It offers me the opportunity to have a clear view of all my contracts and work on the ROI of each one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is not the most intuitive according to some internal collaborators.

What do you like best about the product?
Najar serves as an essential "single source of truth" for our software stack. While having a repository for tools and deadlines sounds simple, its execution is incredibly effective and provides much-needed visibility into our total revenue spend.

The standout feature, however, is their negotiation support. Being able to offload high-stakes negotiations for major contracts to their team is a game-changer. It allows me to stay focused on high-value tasks and, more importantly, preserves my relationship with our partners. By letting Najar handle the "tough" parts of the negotiation, I can maintain a collaborative, positive rapport with our vendors rather than being the "bad guy."
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any significant complaints. While we encountered a few minor bugs early on, the support team was exceptional—always responsive and ready to jump in immediately to resolve issues. Because of that level of service, any minor technical friction was solved before it became a real problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My experience has been excellent. I worked directly with Felix on a couple of negotiations, and his expertise was invaluable to the process. Beyond the active negotiations, Najar was a lifesaver when I was handed the responsibility of renewing several tools. It gave me an immediate, clear overview of our obligations and timelines, making an otherwise daunting handover process seamless and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Najar is how it gives us total visibility over all the SaaS tools we use. It helps us avoid having duplicate tools or things slipping through the cracks, and the automatic reminders about renewals or upcoming expirations are a lifesaver! It’s really helped streamline everything and makes our procurement process so much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has room for improvement in tracking contract lifecycles but updates and new features are introduced frequently!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Najar has really helped us get a handle on all the contracts we’re committed to. Before, it was hard to keep track of everything, and we’d sometimes end up with duplicate subscriptions or miss renewal dates. Now, everything’s in one place, and the alerts keep us on top of things. Additionally, we now how a proper purchasing process in place that has given us more structure, saving us from overspending and making decision-making around our commitments a lot easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Welii is an important partner which help us to negotiate our main contracts, to chose the best tool if we have any doubts (thanks to all th me feedback of its network). We have a very good relationship with Welii and as we are a small support team for now it would be difficult to imagine working without their support
