I Liked the way it works
What do you like best about the product?
The API is easy to use,and convenient when you wnat to integrate email management in your app
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't use their templating tool .Its not user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just sending emails to customers who make bookings on our site

I was impressed ,try it.
Great sdk and api for transactional emails

I like the Heroku addon. The ruby api and integration works really well
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is a bit convoluted, the template creation is not very straightforward,

Mostly transactional emails, signup confirmations, password resets, receipts from purchases
