Powerful No-Code Apps and Workflows with Flexible UI and Customization
What do you like best about the product?
Formaloo helps us to create full fledged data driven apps, along with the forms building without any coding knowledge. I also like how effectively I can create forms and link them with the database, and turn them into workflows. Also, their customisation options and logic, along with their Ui flexibility, make this platform very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formaloo is a bit on a learning curve; if we are new to no-code tools, learning might be more complex. Their workflow and automation based on conditional input should be polished further. Advanced features needs to be configured properly in terms of workflow execution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formaloo helps me solve the problem of dealing with forms with limitations, and where I can build a form and connect with the database, with no code tools. Instead of just collecting responses, we can structure and analyse the data within the platform only, which is a game-changer in this space.
Robust Form Solutions with Seamless Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Formaloo for forms, and it works great for my agency with multiple clients. I like that it allows setting up sub-accounts, giving each client a private workspace. It's really handy for check-in forms, feedback surveys, and even learning management systems because of how easily you can set up usernames and passwords. The visually stunning forms are a big plus, offering a variety of beautiful styles. I appreciate that you can do one step at a time, making it very engaging and efficient in getting form completions. They have a really robust API and robust conditional logic, which is fantastic for creating an organic user experience. You can dynamically pipe in other responses and create a personalized experience. I love being able to do whatever we want with data through webhooks and integrations like API, Zapier, and even building custom apps to view data as charts or graphs. It's a thorough solution, especially useful for legally binding e-signatures and purchase forms. The form builder is intuitive with a drag-and-drop feature, making it easy to build forms.
Their support has been fantastic for us over the last 5 years as well. I have had myself and my entire team able to reach them easily and get quick resolutions under all circumstances.
We use their forms for everything. If you have a form service like this you will be so much more encouraged to collect data from people and stay organized!

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had just a native MCP out of the box. Like, we're in the process of creating our own. Because we do a lot of stuff with, like, clog and agents and stuff like that. That we didn't have to just, like, make API calls, and we'd be able to more easily make, dynamic forms within the agents that we have, Claudine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formaloo allows me to easily collect visually stunning data and engage users with step-by-step forms, boosting completion rates. Its robust API, conditional logic, and integrations enhance user experience and data handling, making it a thorough solution for various needs like e-signatures and payments.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Formaloo is a true all-in-one platform without being overwhelming, striking the right balance for a U.S. B2B team. I love building professional forms, client portals, approval workflows, and e-signatures all on one platform without the need to switch between different tools. It helps us collect leads and client info consistently with custom branded forms and has great client portals that reduce email back-and-forth. The approval workflows eliminate the hassle of chasing for sign-offs by automating requests and reminders. Everything is automatic, which cuts our admin time significantly. Also, the initial setup was pretty straightforward—definitely easier than most enterprise tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The form builder interface can feel a bit dated compared to tools like Typeform or Jotform. It’s functional, but the drag-and-drop isn’t always as smooth, and some customization options are buried in menus that take time to find. Fields often don’t snap into place cleanly, and sometimes they jump around when you’re trying to rearrange them. The sidebar and menu structure feel clunky and overcrowded. Too many settings are nested under multiple tabs, so you end up clicking around to find styling options, conditional logic, or email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formaloo eliminates chaotic data collection, consolidating forms and workflows into a single branded platform. It automates manual tasks like follow-ups and approvals, cutting admin time and increasing focus on sales and client service. The tool allows seamless client onboarding through portals and efficient lead capture.

Clean interface and simple to use. Creating forms and workflows is quick, Features are well thought out and integrations are smooth, making it useful for regular.

At first, it took me a bit of time to understand how everything worked and to implement it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I collect and manage travel-related enquiries, bookings, and customer feedback in one place, which makes coordination much easier. It also helps me improve sales while maintaining a high conversion rate, so I can stay on top of everything without juggling multiple tools.

I like the AI automation workflow feature of Formaloo, which can transform complex processes into simple automated steps, allowing you to build an approval system with just a click and assign tasks to teams or clients. This automates repetitive tasks, enabling the team to focus on important matters and greatly improving work efficiency. I appreciate its data insight feature, where AI dashboards and analysis tools can instantly visualize data and generate detailed reports, helping me quickly understand data trends and make more informed business decisions. There's no need to export spreadsheets for complex analysis, as intuitive charts clearly reveal the information behind the data, aiding in a deeper understanding of customer needs and optimizing business processes. Additionally, I enjoy the personalized customization feature of forms, where you can customize colors, fonts, layouts, and add logos, and even use custom CSS to meet more complex design needs. Adding image and video elements is also very convenient, making the form functionality practical and visually appealing, perfectly aligning with the brand image and enhancing user experience and brand recognition. It's also worth mentioning that the initial installation process of Formaloo is relatively easy, as it is a web-based platform, requiring only a visit to the official website to create an account and start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of systematic tutorials: Although the platform provides some basic help documents, the introduction to advanced features is not in-depth or systematic enough. When encountering problems in actual operation, it is difficult to find detailed solutions through the existing documents. For example, when trying to integrate form data with external systems in a complex way, the documentation lacks specific step-by-step guidance and common problem-solving tips, forcing users to try different methods on their own, which increases the time cost of solving the problem. Confusion in form customization: When customizing forms, I don't know how to reasonably apply them according to actual business needs. Without practical case references, I can only try based on my own intuition, and the final designed form may have poor user experience and low data quality. Difficulty in applying data insights: The data insights feature is a major highlight of Formaloo, but in actual application, due to the lack of practical cases, I find it difficult to combine it with specific business problems. Therefore, when faced with a large amount of data, I feel at a loss and unable to fully utilize the value of the data insights feature.

I use Formaloo to simplify form creation, quickly generating various survey forms through drag-and-drop. Automated workflows reduce manual intervention, greatly improving efficiency. The data analysis feature helps me understand business trends and supports decision-making. It also allows for personalized form design, enhancing user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The drag-and-drop interface is incredibly intuitive. I can go from an idea to a fully functional, branded internal tool in less than 20 minutes. The UI is clean and modern, and the learning curve is easy for the product team.
I also appreciate the design flexibility. Being able to white-label the forms and apps so they look exactly like our corporate brand helps build trust with our users. For a product manager who is not so code-orientated, this codeless build feels refined and clean.

What do you dislike about the product?
The logic builder can be a bit of a headache if you’re trying to do something really complex. If you have 20+ "if-this-then-that" rules, the UI gets a little crowded, and it’s easy to lose track of your flow. Also, while the templates are a good starting point, I sometimes find myself wishing I could move elements around with more pixel-perfect precision on the dashboard views.

We get a request by the marketing team for a user survey at least 20 times per year. This survey builder process takes up to 2 story points on average (2 days worth of tech bandwidth gone). Now, by using the form builder tool, we have been able to save all of this tech bandwidth in survey generations, and the feedback loop has been reduced to zero, as the primary point of contact person can do the updates themselves. What do you like best about the product?
I like the new AI features in Formaloo, such as the blog topic generator, which helps manage the overwhelming amount of content we can share. It also helps me easily manage the amount of coverage for our different surgeons and departments. Overall, everything works well.

I would like to see some general examples of the different blogs that are generated.

I use Formaloo to manage data on our social media channels, helping with coverage management for surgeons and departments. The AI features, like the blog topic generator, help us focus our content creation, making overwhelming options manageable.
Effortless Form Building with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Form builder is easy to use and publish forms. When forms are set up and working properly, I like the email notifications feature of when forms are completed and our teams are aware of it. The dashboard is easy to use and navigate and their customer service is always helpful when problems arise. I am able to create many form projects like satisfaction surveys and insurance consent forms. I like how you can collect signatures in the forms and how they have almost every form field you can think of when building your forms. Formaloo was easy to integrate within our organization and our forms are used every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are problems with receiving email notifications after setting up, but their customer service is always helpful to resolve any issues. Periodically they have a limit issue and would always have to contact customer service to resolve, but I wish they resolved this internally so I don't have to flag it myself.
