What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to view the original string alongside the translation, and to see the context for each string as well. I also really like the integrations available, which make it simple to set up a seamless system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Translations aren’t always literal, so it can be challenging to adapt each string accurately and keep the intended meaning consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling multiple translations across multiple pages and platforms in multiple languages.

Streamlined Online Translation with Room for Improvement
Reviewed on Jun 15, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Crowdin is an online service, as it allows our partners and translation agencies to translate without a hassle. The translation memory is okay, and I appreciate the option to link with an AI account. The translation process is faster, and it helps us translate products into languages in which we don't have proficiency, even though it's a bit scary. The ability to handle pull requests is mendatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am mostly annoyed with synchronizing translations from the source into Crowdin. There are some hiccups, it might be an issue with me not completely understanding how the integration works. Sometimes I just have no other option but to delete the integration and create it again (connection to Azure repos). I think that refreshing the translations from the source should have a separate button that would be easy to reach, and some status should be shown to indicate what is going on since it can take some time. One thing I would like to see is that a screen shot of the translating form would be available and maybe the translated text would be shown so that our transaltion agencies would have more info/context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Crowdin for online translations, allowing us to outsource to translation companies easily. It speeds up the process, especially for languages we're not proficient in. The online solution simplifies work for our partners and agencies without hassle.

Intuitive Interface, Need to Improve the Glossary
Reviewed on Jun 12, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Crowdin to manage translations for clients who work with multiple languages, which I find great. I really like Crowdin's interface because it is quite 'clean' and easy to navigate. This is essential for me as a translator and reviewer, as it allows me to save time even on the simplest tasks. I highly value platforms that allow me to work in an agile and consistent manner. Additionally, I like the ability to switch between viewing modes, which makes it easier to use one mode for translating and another for reviewing. The initial setup of Crowdin was very smooth; I was able to log in with both my personal and corporate email without any difficulties.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Glossary tab could be improved. It seems to me that most clients do not use the Glossary function of Crowdin. Instead, they use Notion or Excel spreadsheets so we can keep the Glossary updated. I don't know how the creation of a Glossary directly in Crowdin works, since this step is usually the responsibility of the client/project manager, but I believe it is not such an intuitive action, which is why they prefer to use other alternatives. I believe it could be more visible on the screen, just like the 'TM AND MT SUGGESTIONS' section, which appears right on the main screen while we are translating. For example, whenever the word 'Play' appears to be translated and there is an equivalent translation in the Glossary, this suggestion should appear on the main screen, where we do the translations, so that it is not necessary to click on an extra tab to open the Glossary or something like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin helps maintain consistency and speed in translations, its 'clean' and easy-to-navigate interface allows for agile and consistent work. I admire being able to consult translations in other languages and switch between viewing modes for translation and review.

Smooth, Fast Translation Workflow with Helpful MT Suggestions
Reviewed on Jun 12, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to view the sentences to be translated, and the workflow is smooth and faster thanks to the ability to approve segments with CTRL + Enter. I can also easily see the machine translation suggestions on the right.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a dedicated space on the right for inserting images so we can see where each sentence is being used in the app or website. The lack of context has already compromised the translation quality countless times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to translate our website and app into multiple languages, separating the work between the web, iOS, and Android platforms. CrowdIn met this need perfectly, and now all our translators are integrated into the system and receive their tasks simultaneously via email.
