Intuitive Project Tracking with Minor Organizational Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is easy to use and extensible enough to be very powerful. The initial setup was easy, and onboarding people just takes a little bit of time and thinking to determine how you want to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too easy to create projects that get orphaned or zombied, and subtasks can get lost really easily if it's not clear on how to use proper hygiene inside of the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me track all the projects and activities across my entire business.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us to keep everything in the same place. It keeps us all on track and I love how it can repeat the same tasks you do routinely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I love everything about Asana!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to keep everything tracked and accounted for. If someone is given a task in a meeting, it's added to Asana so it's not forgotten

Asana is the best project management tool. We used it at my old agency and I wish I could bring it to my new one

honestly not much other than its "expensive" and thats the roadblock for my current company

Amazing, Intuitive UI That Makes Task Creation Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way it looks visually. It is SO easy to understand, create tasks...The UI is AMAZING!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything specific, but I do wish the pricing options were a little cheaper.

Managing projects for marketing, to do lists, etc.
Sleek Black Theme and a Compact, Interactive Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
I like the black theme on Asana and the small, compact version of the dashboard. I also like how easily I can add many rows and evaluate the data in a more interactive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a lead generation and email marketing branch. I come from Sales and Operations, and Asana works amazingly for ops, but it doesn’t really connect as well with Sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for everything: tracking my tasks, organizing my files, and keeping things arranged.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is our daily tool and an absolute must for our business operations. It helps us to streamline tasks and stay on track of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
More training during on-boarding would be helpful, but overall it’s an incredible platform.

It’s helping us streamline our tasks and to keep track of projects and progress. It also helps us to communicate progress with our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm still learning, but with the live zoom trainings, and the AI assist, it makes it all easier to understand and use.

It's a bit overwhelming to start, but I'm learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing what tasks are assigned to me without needing to have constant contact with others who are already busy themselves.
Effortless Task Management and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to comment with people and work on a team shared task while not having to go through email or Teams. I also really like the ability of seeing all my tasks in one area and moving deadlines around if needed. It's valuable because we don't have to go through Teams or email to discuss a certain task. Everything kinda lives in the same area. So the comment section, the notes area, we can assign each other tasks based on where we're at with the project. Also, the initial setup of Asana was very easy. It also integrates with email and teams so you can set yourself tasks and reminders easily. The pricing is very affordable for us because we are a non profit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be helpful if Asana shared a little bit more about their rules more openly so that it was easier to set up rules, automations. Maybe being able to share, like, a blog or a post where they share more information about how to set up different tasks and kinda give to you a little bit more clear, that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to track team deadlines and my tasks, ensuring everything is organized. It automates task scheduling based on roles, so I don't worry about deadlines. I really like how the tasks will show up automatically and I know what needs to be done next or I can move the deadline if needed, so overall performance of Asana is great.
Asana’s Makes Project Management Simple and Systematic
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Asana and I feel it works with the way my brain thinks systematically.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things that I do not like about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross team collaboration with many different departments is a huge benefit. Keeping people in the loop on projects and tasks where the outcome needs to be public is also a benefit.
