Asana - helps your team collaborate naturally

What do you like best about the product?
ease of use and the organizational structure of the projects and portolios; automations are endless and assist in managing everyday tasks; AI assists with ease of updates to everyday routine updates; the tightness of alignment and how everything fits together makes sense; you can get started with implementation without a lot of training; training will just take you deeper into what you are able to accomplish; this product will integrate with the tools that you already use; I will use this product every day as the hub of my work
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything so far that is a concern
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration; keeping on track; monitoring goals; management of large and small tasks

What do you like best about the product?
It creates tasks and sends reminders when someone creates a task for you. You can comment on task as well and upload files form google drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sends a lot of emails and reminders to you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with tasks from employer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive Asana is, it’s easy to organize tasks, set deadlines, and keep track of team progress. The layout makes it simple to collaborate without getting overwhelmed. I also appreciate the mobile app when I’m on the go. It really helps me stay on top of work without feeling scattered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications can get a little overwhelming, especially if you’re part of multiple projects at once. I wish there were more advanced customization options to control what types of updates I get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me stay organized and avoid missing deadlines, especially when I’m juggling multiple projects. It’s solved the issue of having information scattered across emails, sticky notes, and random docs. Now everything is in one place, and I can track progress, communicate with my team, and manage tasks efficiently. It’s definitely reduced stress and made my workflow smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping everything organized, tasks, categories, adding team members, integration with Ai, integration with Fireflies.

There is not much one of my most used systems.

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer managing a calendar is super easy with Asana. We maintain different projects for each client, and easily coordinate between our marketing & design teams. We use Asana every day for our social media marketing & overall project management and have easily integrated into our SOPs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software can add more features like auto-fill text when creating new tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us manage multiple projects within a single product where all the teams can collaborate easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration amongst the team, notifications to keep the team on track of assignments, and the dashboard view that allows me to see if the team is overloaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many downsides but if I had to pick something I'd say having to purchase seats to be able to view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and project management - the tool is keeping us on track to exceed our goals for the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The capability to add new tasks, assign with colleagues, and even add descriptions makes it the best. I always like how Asana reminds me of upcoming due dates and such to efficiently manage my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of the moment, I think Asana is more on the very formal side. Plain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more manual checking of projects and tasks! Asana has got everything you need to know in one page.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to keep projects separated while allowing comments and attachments to be added and organized by tasks. I appreciate the easier organization of tasks and projects that Asana offers. The initial setup was super simple, making it easy to set up and get team members on board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to have a single seat premium license would be nice for small freelancers who don't have a team of workers

I use Asana to keep up with tasks, check in with co-workers, and keep projects on time.

I love the ease of use and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Asana. Additionally, it's so easy to implement with new team members.
