Digital Transformation Realized
What do you like best about the product?
I love the mobile app! It has come in handy so often. The ability to assign tasks to different individuals works well for us so that we can see when that task is completed. The fact that it integrates with Office 365 allows us to sync reminders and documents and share them with other members of the team working on the same project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing within the software is a bit tricky and can be improved in future updates to the software. It does take time getting used to the multitude of features and would be helpful if customer service was less automated and more personal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost for me is the tracking of and status rating for my tasks that has been most helpful. Second, is how easy it is to share back and forth while modify work being worked on between myself and my intern. It's adaptability to just about any project I'm working on is also what appeals greatly to me as I have multiple, diverse, collaborative things going at once.

If projects are not consistently tracked, its efficacy is decreased

It is best tool for project review, it is best to assign tasks. Very good tool for communicating with employees to assign task

It is continuously giving reminders for completimg task sometimes task is already completed.

the platform lets create visual project plans to see how every step maps out over time. With it it’s much easier to pinpoint risks and eliminate roadblocks. Even when plans change.

I started to use Asana over a year and I am completely satisfied with the service. The system is great and very easy to understand for any new user. We have been managing all our company task with asana with great clarity and accuracy. both mobile and web app are available so we can manage it even when we are traveling

Actually, there is nothing to dislike asana, but I sometimes feel they should improve their search option, i feel it very inconvenient sometimes.
Also, the app needs to improve much more. but overall it is very useful and I will surely recommend others.

Managing day to day task is very headache and it needs to manage the property for the smooth running of the business.

I don’t love the layout of where the projects are. It condenses the projects so you only see a handful, and if you have a lot you might forget you have it unless you collect “see more”.
