Effortless Onboarding and Flexible Task Management in Asana

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to start working in Asana even with minimal setup, and this simplicity realy helps teams get moving fast. The interface offers several ways to view tasks which makes it flexible for different workstyles. I also find it extremely helpful that Asana integrates smoothly with other apps which reduces a lot of manual effort throughout the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I notice is that some advanced features can feel a bit hidden which slows me down at times. The amount of notifications can become overwhelming if they are not managed well, and that's a smal irritation that builds up over time. I also think that some integrations take a little longer to configure than I would expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me keep track of multiple projects without losing sight of deadlines, which is a huge relief in busy periods. It also centralizes communication so I dont have to chase updates across different channels. With recurring tasks and automation, a lot of routine work is taken off my hands, letting me focus on higher value activities.

ASANA as the big helper on tracking progress

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to create tasks and assign them to others when necessary. We use it every day in our work. And as some of our workers are on remote work, then ASANA makes it easy to keep track on progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often forget to move items along in the pipeline, which means some things end up stuck in one stage for too long. It would be helpful to receive reminders when something has been sitting in the same slot for an extended period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this to keep track of my progress.

Highly Customizable with a Wealth of Tools

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
You have the flexibility to customize how it works for you, with a wide range of tools available for personalization. I prefer to begin with the basics, such as creating simple tasks, and then gradually explore the more advanced features as I become more comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you first begin using the app, it isn't immediately clear where to start, which can make the initial experience a bit confusing. However, attending one or more of the live training sessions really helps, making it much easier to understand and use most of the app's features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to add those everyday tasks that contribute to a larger project is really helpful. Without writing them down, I often forget about them, which can lead to project delays.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the 'My Tasks' tab in Asana is organized by due date and priority, making it easy to keep track of my work. The filters are amazing for quickly showing me what I need to focus on the most. The ability to star boards is extremely useful too. Asana also allows me to be aware of the calendar since we made a board with it, and I can see at a glance what my team is working on to add to their efforts. The initial setup of Asana was seamless for me and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if it's possible to assign different people responsible for a task but on different phases. For example, writing, editing, reviewing, approving, posting.

Asana helps me manage tight deadlines as the main copywriter. It keeps me aware of the calendar and what my team is working on, so I can add to their efforts.
