Best software ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps to keep my team on task, organized, and communicating effectively!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing I do not like about asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit of asana is being able to see what my team is working on and visually understand where we need to be prioritizing our time and what is still outstanding.

Just do it!

The user interface is quite basic and simple

Working with many teams, trying to solve the com[lexity of communication
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's slightly better than Trello. However, it feels the same while using.
It's great for teams that have several steps for process

I like that you can organize tasks and assign new tasks to coworkers. It was a good way to track other's progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't seem to be as intuitive as I had originally thought
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When there are tasks that take a long time to complete having the tasks spread out and completion reminders is helpful, but we found that it wasn't the best fit for our team. When using it new tasks would come up and it just wasn't the best form of communication for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Educate yourself on how to use it first. We didn't do a lot of research before using it and I'm sure that we missed out on some of the better features of Asana out of ignorance

Ability to create daily task checklist in a template and create a new task list every business day as needed

Not able to add view only IDs. Would be nice feature to add View IDs Only to keep track of checklist.

Asana has made it easy to keep track of daily tasks and reassign tasks if necessary because employees are OOO or workload imbalance.

Being able to add others to a task! I love the communication being simple.

I would say at my job specifically I see a lot of tasks that aren’t mine.

Use it! It is beneficial to maintaining a healthy work flow and makes communication more simple.
A great project management software
What do you like best about the product?
There are numerous tools developed, applied and currently used in various industries for project management. It is nearly impossible to effectively execute a project without the introduction of project management resources in the software development industry with regards to run-time, costs and required features. Asana supports and provides best features for small businesses and for professionals as well as for casual users in its Free version. It's easy and simple to set up a project, separate tasks, delegate resources. I appreciate the interaction between task-assigned resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some shortcomings with all its best features as it is expensive for small companies if they want to take advantage of their business level features. The allocation of roles and reporting for new users is bit difficult. They require better displays for user interfaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I began my professional career back a couple of years and assigned to work on a project. I'm having trouble handling my assignments and time lines set by my team leader. Instead I proposed using Asana as a project management system and task management software. I used its free version to track and reach the deadlines with almost all my needed set of features. This solves my problem of generating assignments, assigning them to my juniors, tracking work on projects, tracking work load on resources, using the best productive hours by having a straightforward assessment of tasks and their deadlines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Using some kind of project management system for experts and students is always helpful, most of the methods are at first complicated and hard to understand. Asana, on the other side, is very helpful and simple for practitioners or beginners / students to use management tool. To make life easier there, I strongly recommend Asana to my fellows and juniors.
Great Product for a Dynamic Team
What do you like best about the product?
This product made it extremely easy to create, assign, and track tasks across my team. In addition, the dashboards are great looking and easy to use. Asana has implemented a drag and drop type feature which make it extremely easy to see who is doing what and change due dates and timelines. They also have great reporting features that allows you to see your whole team and workload at one view. My team also really enjoyed using the app along side the desktop version. The additional features you get on the paid version is worth it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really was no complaint with this software. I was looking for a more simple solution to assign and manage tasks and this did exactly that without over complicating things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work load management for a tea of 8 employees working across different areas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are some additional great benefits with the upgraded version. I was able to see where all our projects were, as well as when assignments were completed and I needed to review. Also used for feedback after review.
Great software for more accountability
What do you like best about the product?
The communication at work it’s easier with Asana. Also it makes our team goals more clear. Overall, Asana has a number of plugins that let you modify your projects to cater to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana only allows you to assign project tasks to one person. This may not be a big issue for your team, but if you know you’re going to want multiple people to potentially work on one task, this is quite challengingz

It makes it so much easier to meet deadlines.
