With Asana it is extremely efficient to organize projects
What do you like best about the product?
Asana gives me notifications every time a project is updated, if there are many users who work at the same time, asana makes it easier for me to organize and improve productivity. With a new and easy-to-use interface, each tool is designed for users to maximize the scope of their work. Asana is also available for monitoring each project through our cell phone, so different users will be aware of the project thanks to notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have dislikes about Asana, I just want to see more features for tracing the number of multiple projects and various team members.There is also no good integration with MS Word but it’s no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very simple to enter a task and share it with your team members. Plus, you can reference other tasks located in the app. I recommend Asana as it is a good tool for project management. You can also consider Pivotal Tracker, Trello, and Basecamp.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you wish to go with Asana, take some time out in the beginning to logically divide projects and tasks. This will help to shorten your lists in the long run and make them easy to manage.

Asana has a clean and user-friendly user experience. It functions nicely and has easy to use features especially for collaborating.

It would be nice if it had more robust features like Wrike has.

It's been great for planning out and completing steps for complex projects but I've also used it for simple to-do tasks.

Application itself has a lot of basic features that you need, Especially mobile application looks promising.

Benefits we are having is well organized and keeps everything in order how needed to remember and keep track of

Asana is a great way for teams to work cohesively together. You can assign tasks, see where the task progress is, and let your coworkers and boss know what is on your plate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox seems a bit messy to me, and I think it should be easier to see the tasks you have done each day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way for us to work as a team. If we have a project, we can break it down into different pieces. If one project needs graphics, copy, and approval, we can make each task dependent on the other and then mark where the task is. That way, the management team knows what is on their plate for approval, and we don't have to check email chains to figure out what is going on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I like the business aspect of it - it has a lot more features. Use it to get requests and to keep yourself organized. Make sure the entire team uses it and learns how to work it, that way the line of communications stays open with everyone.

With Asana my team and I are able to save time tracking things down as Asana streamlines many tasks. Benefits include: easy to collaborate, share information, project management, calendar of activity, requests from other departments, just to name a few.

Its pretty self-explanatory which is great because it means less need to train people just to use it. a bit more robust compared to Trello

if anything though, the only drawback would be it seems to lack reminders., if there is? then i have not seen it. but it needs to send automatic emails to remind people of their task if its close to being due or if its already overdue

What do you like best about the product?
It has interesting features and useful for my jobs and tasks or projects. I found a little bit hard to use asana but I got used to it and I enjoy it very much. That's why I recommended to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be better if asana is connected to Facebook messenger. Because, people in this country is not very used to using Gmail. Messenger has been an only app they ise all the time so it would be great if we can connect with messenger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm now handling a project name d RecipeTube. It has many sub projects. We have video production and content production. So, with asana I gat to deliver the tasks and check out the whole process more efficiently.

It will be better if we can integrate with most used apps like Facebook.

Sometimes I consider that it is somewhat complicated to understand the modifications of the other members, it would be good for example:

I most like the dashboard video where I can see different projects and different timelines. It's great for creating training tasks as well as managing my personal goals both short and long term. It's all around amazing!
