The task assignment feature and the ability to reassign tasks stand out as particularly valuable tools that I really enjoy.

Real-Time Project Tracking with Flexible Views in Asana.

  • April 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes your work process more transparent without overthinking it. You can divide your projects into specific tasks, delegate them to certain people, and monitor everything in real-time. Various views (lists, boards, timelines) let teams work differently but still stay synchronized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no structure enforcement, meaning that the whole system relies on how teams organize themselves. If tasks are not updated properly, visibility starts fading fast. Moreover, more profound analytics and workload management cannot be found at the basic plan level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Status reports and meetings are unnecessary since there is no need to ask anything anymore; you will just know what is going on.

Flexible and Robust Project Management with Seamless Integrations

  • April 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I think Asana is a great in-between of complex products like Jira and more lightweight solutions. It's very flexible and provides pre-built templates that help both first-time users of project management software and veterans. I also like the API access and import/export functions because they allow our team to build strong integrations with AI. We can integrate Asana into other systems so managers can easily scan projects and automate sequences for tasks. The initial setup was very easy, and I prefer Asana over Monday and Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that more powerful features are locked behind higher paid plans. AI Integrations seem to be token-intensive but I cannot benchmark this against other platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for organization, accountability, and time management. It enables automation for project tracking and integrates with AI, which helps streamline updates and manage tasks efficiently. General project management is much more efficent with Asana vs managing in documents, messages, and emails. Asana is also very lightweight and fast - I find the mobile version quite useful on the fly.

Simplifies Project Management, Easy Collaboration

  • April 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Asana very easy to use, and I think the interface is cute. I frequently use Asana for making flows, which helps me organize and understand the processes involved in my daily tasks. It also makes it easy for my team or new members to get on board with the process. Asana being simpler than Excel allows for multiple collaborations easily, and the initial setup for my team was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be enhanced the way that projects are managed. Maybe try any other features like adding more details to tasks, more notifications, or the customization of notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to create workflows and track daily activities. It solves the problem of using multiple tools for tasks, flows, and notifications, centralizing everything in one place.

Streamlines Team Collaboration, Needs More Basic Features

  • April 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the team access and collaboration features in Asana. It really helps in cutting down on emails and timing on updates. We enter all the projects and subtasks into Asana and we are able to see everything all at once. The initial setup of Asana was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is decent but I would like more features for the basic plans. Right now we are limited using some of the functionalities with the basic plan. Portfolio and the goal dashboard could have some limited availability with a basic plan.

Asana Make Project Tracking Effortless And Clean.

  • April 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes work tangible through structured tasks, deadlines, and accountability, providing customizable perspectives like list, board, timeline, and calendar views. Dependencies, milestones, and real-time notifications enable thorough project tracking and collaboration without constant monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its effective usage necessitates rigorous configuration and management. Without proper labeling, naming, and workflow creation, projects might end up being untidy. Reporting, workload management, and automation capabilities are limited unless users subscribe to advanced plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform eliminates scattered task management from email, spreadsheet, and chat platforms by creating an efficient execution platform. This helps improve responsibility, prevents missed deadlines, and makes all work updates and discussions readily available in one place.

Asana Keeps Tasks, Timelines Perfectly Aligned.

  • April 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is helpful in structuring the execution part because it organizes the task, timeline, and owner in a system. There are various views, including the ability to see the task in a list, board, timeline, and calendar. Dependencies, milestones, and real-time updates make the system highly visible. Thus, the team is always on the same page without the need for follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The answer depends on the structuring of the workspace. If the workspace is not well structured, the system will not perform well. In addition, the system is limited when using the advanced reporting and automation features, which require a higher tier than the basic plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping solve the problem of a scattered system where emails, spreadsheets, and chats are used for tracking. It is a central system for execution. Thus, the system is helping solve the problem by making the workflow predictable. All the tasks, chats, and documents are in one place. In addition, the system is helping solve the problem of a lack of accountability. Thus, the system is helping solve the problem by making the workflow predictable.
