Fantastic tool for the management of task
What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful to keep correspondence related to any specific task or project in the same particular thread. the terms are highlighted by colors and ordered as the user wishes. You can label people who are related. It's great to send emails to notify key events.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they could add a bar in which the progress of all the tasks is visible to be able to take better knowledge of the progress we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us a lot in the company because it encourages teamwork and better communication among all, it is a very productive interaction for the acceleration of tasks and projects. Your presentation and reports are more coordinated than before and we have that professional and maximum quality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an excellent tool for managing emails and projects, it is very easy to use, which has improved the performance over time of all tasks. Achieving a productivity increase of 30% compared to before using Asana.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an online stage where I can transfer each of my exercises to monitor them effectively, allows me calendar dates, I can transfer files and also gives me the simplicity of having the option to do tasks to my group in all aspects of effective way and have the option to see your improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not fail to suspect that its web interface is not fully adjustable, does not allow me to include foundations or any type of identification for each board, apart from the expenses of its membership I think is somewhat high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, I've had the option to save my group a lot of time because we can focus on exercises that are meaningful, and it makes us sort the exercises of each division of the organization to make it more likely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I prescribe this product as it is completely versatile for an organization, it also has additional elements that can be exceptionally useful to include the capabilities you need.
Asana has been game-changing for our project management.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows you to break down tasks between each member of your team and see an overview calendar of who is working on which projects compared to when they are due. It allows my team to work more easily together and stay on top of the variety of marketing project we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost too many features to where it can somewhat get confusing to find exactly what you are looking for from the projects, portfolios, tasks and inbox. I wish this platform providing tagging or it could search inside projects, not just for project names. I wish we could have sub-project lists from the main projects menu. Currently, there is only one long list of all the projects from this area of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to at a glance see all of the projects our marketing team is working on and dig down into how many projects we have per area of the company. We can assign individual tasks in projects to specific people and give them due dates. When working on a project, you can respond directly in the email and your response shows up in the project in asana.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you start setting up with an organizational structure in mind and different types of project templates. The more organized, the better.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has collaborated a lot in the sustained growth of our Foundation. A couple of years ago we were looking for different mechanisms to encourage workers to integrate and strengthen teamwork, and Asana was a great solution to achieve this. Asana has many functions that we use in our foundation; task managers, labels, notes, comments, personal projects, statistics are several of the functions that this software offers you; all these functions are included in its workspace tool, which is broken down into projects, personal projects and tasks, according to the type of project that we are executing in the foundation, we add different types of tasks to be fulfilled by our staff. Asana is a very efficient project manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike other project managers I've used before, Asana has the most specialized and comprehensive project management function I've ever used. This software has much more extended functions than other project management software, and its workspace tool meets all the requirements necessary for you to complete your projects successfully. A very complete software and with impeccable tools that have no deficiencies or limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has given me a lot of benefits as a worker, and these benefits have enhanced my working career, as this software encourages teamwork. When I work on a project with Asana, I can do better jobs and present better projects and reports, positively conditioning my professional career in our foundation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I always recommend this software because there are many colleagues and companies I know that have excellent ideas and research projects but many are deficient because they do not have a tool that encourages teamwork for the completion of these projects. With Asana and its functional workspace, you will be able to dynamize your projects, adding ideas from all your co-workers, achieving with this higher quality textual products.

The cross-platform ability and fast pace workflow. It's incredibly easy to share tasks with others or work on projects.

There is a small learning curve. I would like the ability to set follow-up tasks, but that is what I use a CRM for

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user friendly interface. It is intuitive and easy to understand for first time users. Being able to repeat tasks (periodically, weekly, etc) is very helpful and helps me to complete tasks on time regularly. Also, have you tried hitting tab+B?? A bunch of cats pop up, how fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advance features are not as intuitive should have better guides and learning tools.

I am able to assign tasks to my subordinates and see when they complete items and what's on their schedules daily. Assigning one-off tasks is a cinch and keeps communication efficient.
Super simple planning tool- useful for multiple roles

The fact we can create cascading tasks AND attach documents to each task

Honestly?
It might be a laptop issue but sometimes it can lag when trying to load

Asana allows us to create not only specific tasks, but SOP's for our team to follow
Lets say that we have an article to write
We can add all the new information, dates, tasks in order of completion etc, dates for tasks and more
(We can also view the progress as a chart which is a great visual aid)

This means we might have an SOP just for the content writing and editing tasks
We simply duplicate it, rename it- and then add in key goals and deadlines for that particular article

What do you like best about the product?
With Asana, it's easy to see what your coworkers are working, the due dates, any comments between coworkers and what you need to get done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the calendar feature was a little more intuitive and easier to manipulate to make it suit individual needs on our team.

Asana boosts our team's productivity because it's easy to keep track of your tasks, deadlines, and help your coworks stay on top of their tasks too.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana's greatest feature is the fact that everything is tracked on a card, from changing the detail on it and who did it and when, through to what project boards it belongs, or used to belong to.

What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to roll up multiple projects into a 'proper' roadmap is lacking. I know Portfolios now exist, but it's just the old Dashboard now with a cost attached.

We're solving the problem of managing multiple projects and the work people do that feed into those projects.
We also use it to see what's actually being worked on as a company and whether it aligns to our strategic goals.
