Asana Makes Sharing Dog Videos and Photos with Adopters Simple

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Asana makes it simple to view more in-depth information regarding our dogs including videos and pictures we can show the adopters.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can at times definitely be a little hectic with all the categories and sub-categories, however, it is more of an organized chaos than anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing more transparency with our adopters as they're able to view their future fur babies in real life scenarios. Such as, playing with other dogs, or having an enrichment treat.

What do you like best about the product?
I found the Asana training intuitive and self-explanatory. The process of using Asana seems highly intuitive, user-friendly, and consistent with a lot of the ways we interact with digital platforms these days, so it doesn't require a whole lot of overthinking about what to do and where to go. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing came up for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hope Asana provides clarity on project assignments and details, improving team efficiency.

The dedicated "My Tasks" section aggregates all assigned work, allowing users to efficiently prioritize their day and see exactly what is due.
What do you dislike about the product?
High cost for premium features (like Timeline), lack of native time tracking, and a steep learning curve that can overwhelm new users

Streamlines Ministry Projects with Templates

What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates that I'm able to create and then relaunch every year. Since our ministry year looks the same more or less, having a template that we can use year to year is really helpful. It saves me a lot of time, as I'm able to use the template to build out the projects and pre-assign due dates and assignees. This just saves us an incredible amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not able to use as many of the automated workflows as I'd like to, or maybe I just don't understand it. It could be helpful to have more suggestions or a way to interact easier to figure out if we could turn some of our projects or tasks into automations. Also, we didn't love how it was integrated with Microsoft or Outlook. It was easy to set up, but to understand, it's taken us a little while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to organize workflows for our church ministry, saving time by assigning tasks during meetings and avoiding sticky notes. It helps streamline project setup using reusable templates, making our processes efficient.

Intuitive Task Tracking with a Steep Learning Curve

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to track your tasks and due dates. I really like that you are able to prioritize and categorize your projects. I've been using the categories to manage potential vendors for a health fair and set them in order of importance to make sure that certain categories are represented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the learning curve with Asana a bit challenging. Some people took to it right away, but others, including myself, are taking a little bit longer to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While I’m still fairly new to Asana, I’m really pleased with the range of features available. With Claude, it’s very easy to set up tasks and projects, and it even helps with adding collaborators and assigning tasks to others. I’ve struggled for a long time with organizing information and keeping track of tasks, but Asana brings everything into order. I’m able to set the priority for each task and update project statuses as I work, all the way through to completion.

Asana’s organization features are very well structured, making it easy to keep tasks clear and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the organization is strong, things can occasionally feel confusing, and some items seem duplicated, which can make navigation less efficient. This is probably due to me being new and will get easier in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has significantly improved my task management and given greater visibility into the work I’m responsible for.

One thing I dislike about Asana is that it can feel a bit heavy when I’m managing multiple projects at the same time.

It solves the problem of scattered tasks and unclear ownership in travel projects. It helps manage blog schedules, content approvals and campaign timelines smoothly. so work work stays on track even during peak seasons.
