Adaptable and very complete software.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to have control of the management of the product and to obtain a precise follow-up of its progress, which allows us to easily track errors and prioritize our activities, is compatible with other tools and is extremely easy to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've tried to find something that bothers me, but so far I haven't found it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to have order in the departments in which it is being used, now it allows us to prioritize and organize our tasks efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Now we work in a more organized way and we have increased productivity if you have problems in those areas of your company, this software could be an option for you.
Asana is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is simple to use. It has a great design and is minimalistic enough to not lose sight of what matters. Using it allows me to get a head start on my projects and not lose track of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have dislikes for Asana. Maybe making it more friendly for new users, while it is easy to use once you learn it, all the amazing features are lost in translation when you are new to the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, I have been tracking the progress of a project for a new website for student life. I’ve realized that with Asana, me and my team can stay connected and check progress on the project.

What do you like best about the product?
It is great Asana includes Kanban or Scrum project management tools. Having these tools included instead of having to use a completely different software is very helpful. There are many tools for both individuals and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It appears that Asana is just for team projects. IT would be great to be built-in with traditional CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our teams are able to track projects easier as the dashboard is simple and includes many tools in the freemium version. This has made it easier for teams to track our progress.

I really enjoy the ability to create project cards with multiple parts and assign parts to other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not as intuitive as I would hope, but it has gotten better.

We are managing multiple projects across many work locations globally. This has helped us stay on track and on focus.

What do you like best about the product?
With Asana's support, we can track projects, give due dates and feedback, and stay organized through tasks team-wide!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be easy to get "lost" in your tasks if you don't organize properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily hold other teammates accountable for due dates and have multiple team members on a project at once. The visibility is great!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It serves a great purpose with project management, including the ability to add feedback, due dates, stakeholders, etc. It's worth it!
Easy simple and according to my needs
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Asana is agility and adaptability because formal and informal communication within our company flows faster since document management is much easier thanks to integrations with different cloud services such as Google Drive or DropBox. It also allows you to track tasks in real time without using other software.
I also really like that it can be used both at the business and personal level, since I also carry my personal agenda and household chores with Asana, I love it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Something I don't like is that it doesn't have an instant messenger chat, although I understand that it has integration with Google Hangouts, but I wish it had its own chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Asana, we manage our projects by email and with a Gant table, something rudimentary is enough now with Asana it is much easier to keep track of the tasks and discuss the organization of the projects in them. A very easy tool to use in just hours you understand all its operation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Many are guided by Asana as a software for managing projects used in large companies, my recommendation is not to use it if you are a small business because it is a tool that is added to any organization. I recommend it for what it is for its implementation and use.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and intuitive. I've worked with several competing products and Asana is my favorite because it's simple and easy to use, but also has enough complexity & product features to cover all of the unique use cases that I encounter in my work. I'm also a big fan of their many integrations with other services/products.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I wish there were better visualization and reporting tools, but overall I'm very happy with these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navigating through large, collaborative projects with numerous stake holders/contributors. Provides a way to break down these complex projects into smaller chunks and set clear action items and tracking progress/deadlines easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend as my favorite PMS. Easy to use and has all the features that you're looking for.
