Excellent and accessible for work.
What do you like best about the product?
We like Asana because it allows us to create projects in a work room, so the other employees can participate during this creation. We use it for team communication and for project development and task management. I think one of the best factors that Asana has is that it has a user interface that is too complete, fluid and comfortable, capable of providing the user with a way to have a pleasant stay while performing their tasks and preparing their projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the problems we have encountered is the annual repetition of specific tasks that do not fall exactly the same day each year, but at a similar time. I still don't know how to do it in a simpler way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana It is a great tool to keep everyone responsible and aware of the status of the project, due dates, additional notes, etc. We could not function as efficiently as a team without it. Something great about Asana is that you can easily establish who can see what tasks, who can update or comment on a project and who can assign or complete several necessary steps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana I like all its functions will ensure that projects are built little by little without the need to make so much effort to learn how to use it. Asana is simple from all points of view. The best part of Asana is that you can enter slowly until you master all the aspects and options that exist. A really great option for medium to large teams with a handful of project is very easy and productive.

Asana allows me to work on multiple projects with the same teams easily

The interface isn't always intuitive when trying to manage boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to work with people via telecommuting and at different times and speeds. Easily synchronizes tasks with different people.

Asana Great for Completing Tasks and Staying Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love how company can correlate everything that is going on with each of or clients in one document, it is like a running document. I can assign tasks that I need to finish and I can check them off right away. I think its a great way to stay organized and makes me more productive overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like sometimes it is a little complex top figure out the best way to build out tasks, assignments, gant charts etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We know what exactly is going on with each of our clients and it helps us see what are the top 3 things for the week and it gives an update on all clients and what we need to accomplish. It helps me see peoples work loads for the week.

Why you should use Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps you to manage project teams, gather all the stuff on a single platform, connect other apps, communicate with teams, and most of all its apps is super awesome so every time i need to take a look at the progress or need to communicate I don’t have to open up the computer again and again, i just need to open a mobile app and its done right there so its quick and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not sure if I’m right or wrong or there is feature like this before but some if my clients use asana while other use trello so i wish there is some interconnectivity between both which can help me to get all the projects on a single platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously i use to have whatsapp/skype to communicate about different projects and with clients. When i have to find something then it become a mess as there is a lot of communication and finding a related stuff was problematic. But asana helped to arrange things in a professional way and help to keep things in a single place related to project.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an excellent tool to perform tasks, project design, it represents all the functions very well to provide a great autonomy of work, it has meant a lot since its implementation the possibility of managing its own workload and that of others, it easily invites coworkers to a team, we use Asana for communication (it has improved a lot since we started using it) and project development and task management. Asana has a good interface because it is very complete it is fast, comfortable and fluid which is very pleasant to perform the tasks, it has a visibility of the calendar that is one of the best tools, you can drag and drop as necessary any task that this working, has time tracking, team collaboration, customizable permits among others.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I really don't like about asana is that the messaging platform is not the best, it is not real time. Another thing is that the application for mobile devices is not optimized enough to provide the comfort that I have from my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us to solve problems of dividing the work, a great amount of task management is compiled and updated more efficiently, it helps my team to keep us more organized and communicative daily, the time and the workload are much more visible, it has a connectivity with other applications and software, we could not function as efficiently as a team without the help of Asana thanks to the communication as a team that helps us to perform the tasks much faster in the company.

Asana is an excellent platform quite useful and easy to use, it has a free version that lets you know if Asana is the ideal for you I am very happy with the results obtained, it is a fairly easy platform to use, if you want to organize yourself or with A team of people to track the projects, I recommend Asana.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helped my team & I stay focused on tasks, aided in hitting deadlines, & helped with event planning & preparation.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all software, there are aspects you wish were customizable to your specific needs. Overall there were very few set backs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I worked for when using asana is a mortgage company - it helped us communicate event ideas from the loan officers to our marketing team & then allowed us to assign tasks to various people & stay accountable to bring the project to life. It’s a benefit to have a program help with that & more with app integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to send the project plans to external users to ensure they know what is going on and they can even mark tasks as complete so all parties know where the project stands.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little difficult to move between completed tasks and incomplete tasks to make sure you can remember who did what and how it was done. You have to manually switch between them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tackling our implementation, sales, and engineering project plans with Asana. It allows multiple teams and parties to coordinate efforts to ensure an efficient project is made.
Best Project and Tasks Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
There are number of project management tools implemented, developed and currently use in different industries. In Software development industry it is almost impossible to deliver a project successfully with respect to in-time, cost and required features without implementing project management tool. Asana help in this regards and provide best features in its Free version for small scale businesses and to professionals as well in Paid version. Project creation, division of tasks, assignment to resources is easy and straight forward. I like the communication on tasks between resources assigned on tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all its best features there are some deficiencies like it is quit expensive for small scale businesses if they want to use its enterprise level features. Task allocation and tracking is bit difficult for new users. Need better UI screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I start my professional career some years back and assigned a project to work on. I face difficulties to manage my tasks and time lines set by my team lead. Then I advised to use Asana as project and tasks management tool. I have used its free version which have almost all my required set of features to track and meet the deadlines. It solve my problem of tasks creation, assign to my juniors, track work on tasks, track work load on resources, utilize best productive hours by getting clear assessment of tasks and its deadlines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is always useful to use some sort of project management tool either for professionals or beginners, most of the tools are complex and difficult to understand at first. Asana on other hand is quite useful and easy to use management tool for professionals and beginners / students. I strongly recommend Asana to my fellows and juniors to make there life easier.
A practical project managing app
What do you like best about the product?
As a team of freelancers working together on many tasks under several big projects, it's indispensable for us to get things done soothly and efficiently as a group. The best things from my point of view are:
• Getting a daily email keeping me up to date with due tasks
• Being able to file all work tasks under a specific project and have several threads and allocate work to others
• Being able to pass task responsibilities back and forward to other members of the team
• The ability to get work signed off easily
• The ability to organise a project calendar
• Having tasks dependant on other tasks so you see what needs to be done first
• Being able to mark my holiday dates on the calendar for other co-workers to see (and work around)

What do you dislike about the product?
I found it hard to organise a project myself at first. I think Asana has become better over the years. My role is mostly as a user coming in after someone else has set up a schedule of tasks and projects so I haven't used all the software's features. I would say Trello was easier visually for me as a designer, however it didn't have the functionality we needed at the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organisation of our events have been simplified, all runs smoothly. Better communication all round.

If you regularly work as a team with others on projects, Asana could be a valuable application.
Simple and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
I really like this project management tool. Probably my favorite feature are the subtasks. It allows you to break down the projects without taking over the main screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest but other new tools like monday.com are offering more flexibility which helps when trying to bring in a whole team

Project management for a small business. Just being able to manage things easily is a huge productivity boost
