What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the excellent computer software and can share work, deadlines, notes and projects with team members. Asana is the best and most flexible project and team management software.
What do you dislike about the product?
This application does not allow our team members to chat and communicate. It takes some time to understand these features, since their features are very difficult to follow and to learn. The most obvious problem with this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is one of the most successful task management programmes. Asana is a software that is extremely flexible and easy to use. Every company can easily use and easily access this software. It is therefore the most flexible software and the best tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Excellent software, it is very safe and efficient, it is perfect for project management of any company.
Great for managing tasks and having related communication in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can assign tasks from email, assign to others, comment on a task and have everything in one spot so you're not searching for what someone said once in an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the "my tasks" section cannot be more easily organized like the projects can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're creating a better and more effective work flow and minimizing inbox clutter.

Asana makes it very easy to assign and manage tasks to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there was a reminder feature for incomplete tasks. There is a message feature though.

Asana helps to assign and keep track of all the tasks assigned to someone.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me organize, and be able to communicate with my supervisors what I am doing, what I've done, and what I am working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly didn't dislike anything about this app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and Communication outside of the Office. I do remote work so this helped with communicated exactly what projects I was working on, and also allowed my supervisor to communicate to me when they needed things done
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend keeping up to date with your tasks, like using ASana during meetings OR right after. It helps me to be able to write out all the tasks that I had, in steps and being able to be in communication with my supervisor also helps. For example, I'd say "You can check out Asana for what I'm working on today", instead of needing to constantly update them. I would also suggest putting useful links and attachments in the description box, as well as specific wants from your supervisor. It really helps.

Asana has helped me become far more efficient with my time, allowing for clear, realistic goals to be set and hit on a constant basis.
Handy / easily navigable for simple projects
What do you like best about the product?
Many customizeable views (task list, project list, etc) are convenient for a personalized experience. It's easy and straightforward to assign tasks, track work, link documents, tag coworkers, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
When many team members get involved, it can be difficult to track entire projects if tasks are not properly filed under their parent task. However, this is mostly a user issue and not a problem with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for tracking workstreams among geographically dispersed teams. With a few clicks and scrolls I can understand whether my team in Nigeria is on track or if we need to troubleshoot / pick up the pace.
Asana - Time to Get Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me and our organization’s teams to keep things organized. We use it as tasks lists, roadmaps, etc. The best part of it for us is that you can have tasks and subtasks and assign different employees/team members to them. Everyone can be held accountable for what they need to do in order to complete the project. Also, we really like the timeline function in Asana. Great for a supervisor to see what needs completed at what particular time frame.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can say bad about the system. It is a great tool! The only thing is the price if you want to use it in organizations. For some companies, small like us, we debate having a subscription due to pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has kept my team organized and held accountable for their tasks or duties that they need to have completed. It also sends email reminders which is awesome!

If you want a simple, user friendly tool to keep tasks and projects organized, this is the way to go!

What do you like best about the product?
Our company was a fast-growing startup. So, Our work processes were a total mess. We had no clear vision and we struggled to keep things organized. Asana was the missing part and once we have started using it everything starts going much quicker
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It was all good. Sometimes the customer support didn't match our expectations but they quickly resolve that issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting deadlines for all the team. keep a common vision and be able to see the big picture of the projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No need to reinvent the wheel. Just grab one of asana prebuilt templates and start working!
Great platform for organizing tasks and keeping track of workflow.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize tasks by due date, type, to whom it’s assigned, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicating tasks is difficult. If we duplicate a task to be completed on a weekly basis, we need to change the information about that task in order to get it ready for the following week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Asana is a great tool to use to organize work tasks. I’d recommend it based on ease of use and user friendly platform.
