Best thing that happened to our company
What do you like best about the product?
- allows us to create timelines (work backwards from due dates) to launch campaigns
- easy to see where we've left off or where the ball has dropped in a project
- assign tasks to multiple individuals
- easy to track action items after a meeting
- can create form submissions for new campaigns/marketing projects

What do you dislike about the product?
- wish you could review/comment pdfs rather than just jpg
- wish you could upload documents and different users could make comments directly on it at the same time (similar to google docs)

Project Management for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
This project management tool makes assigning tasks and responsibilities easy. You know exactly who is responsible for which task and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can’t assign multiple people to a task when sometimes more than one person is responsible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deadlines were slipping and we needed to know why
Helpful for small team projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout; I have used other project management softwares and they are oftentimes confusing and not clear on what project is past due, Asana has a very manageable layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when you complete a task and you check it off your list it disappears; instead, I wish you could choose between archiving something and actually wanting to delete the task/subtask.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with a group that is in the office at different times so communicating about the status of a certain project can be difficult; Asana makes that easy with the tasks and subtask combination. Also being able to assign projects to people and attach all the relevant files that they need to complete the project is helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give your team small trainings on Asana; there are a lot of features that you don't realize when you initially start using it so make sure that you are utilizing their web resources to understand the full amount of resources that are available to you.

Licences aren’t too cheap compared to some alternatives

It's amazing at coordinating tasked to users.

The product is quite complex and while the ui is good feature bloat is a challenge.

A great way to organize your team
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to easily set projects and tasks that I can include everyone on the team in. It cuts out the back and forth emailing and allows you to easily set up a project so everyone knows their roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get confusing when a person sets a task and then completed it. Finding one spot to communicate that doesn’t disappear is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to set up projects and get client feedback easily.
Takes a while to get used to

I like that you can have larger task and then break it down into subtasks

It takes a while to figure out how exactly you want to organize your list

Asana has allowed me to be more organized at work. Some benefits are that others can assign tasks to you (similarly to if they were to write on your to-do list - but this would be weird).
Asana - powerful team and project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a perfect tool is super useful for managing work teams and coordinating teams is super easy to use, has an intuitive interface and easy, is very simple to configure it, is compatible with any device, also with asana you get everyone to know the work plan and everyone knows their goal to do also asana you can do everything from organizing marketing campaigns to job applications is really the perfect tool fits any work team and company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that I don't like asana, it's the perfect tool and it's very easy to use, super complete with asana you can do everything you need and much more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used asana because since we implemented it in the company, the team now works as one, and we have achieved the best team results, with asana I can do almost anything from advertising campaigns, product launches and other activities that have helped improve the company, it is also compatible with any device (android or iOS) which allows me to use asana no matter where it is.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend asana if you are looking for a tool that allows you to organize everything you need from product launches, advertising campaigns, project management and team objectives, with asana you get to have everything organized also get to improve teamwork because they assign goals to each and you can always monitor the progress of different projects and thus improve delivery times.

Too many options makes the tool overwhelming to use.
