Streamlined Task Management with Excellent Integrations

  • March 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana to manage my work, and what I like most are the integrations. The ease of forwarding a mail to Asana to create a task is really great. I don't have to flag mails anymore, I just forward them, and they include the entire mail history and attachments. It's also quite easy to get started because Asana is just a canvas and the integrations are really easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
One improvement would be a way to clean up tasks. Do a profile check for duplicates, enrich your task briefing by doing an AI search through your mails and messages and then propose a briefing, subtasks, collaborators. There is always room for more integrations I guess, maybe with tools like HubSpot, or a more dedicated CoPilot integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for an overview, moving away from just lists, and to easily collaborate with colleagues. It simplifies adding emails as tasks, complete with history and attachments, thanks to its integrations.

I enjoy using Asana to keep projects organized and how I can use AI features to help us work on projects faster.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and keep everything organised, also the AI features that you can use to automate tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
That when I tick off tasks they stay on the board rather than going to a completed tasks section automatically.

Time, processes, systems, makes it easier for managing several clients having everything under one area.

Unmatched Configurability and Streamlined Workflow with Asana

  • March 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I am absolutely blown away by the power of Asana. It's like a to-do list on steroids, offering significantly more organizational opportunities, and it helps to better organize and communicate with my team. I love the complete configurability, particularly within projects, which allows me to create custom columns and color code them. I find the triggers and automations incredibly powerful, helping establish tasks to appear on my to-do list at a specific time and handle recurring tasks or change priorities. The configurability supports creating custom workflows that are perfect for a small team working on complex projects, and the triggers allow these workflows to be modified based on automated actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area of improvement I would suggest is the left sidebar. You can only view a finite number of projects, and there are a number of things at the top like the insights section, which I don't use much, eating up real estate that could display more projects at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us manage complex projects through streamlined workflows. Its configurability and automation features let us create custom workflows and triggers, making collaboration seamless across our team.

Great Project Overview and Collaboration, but Progress Tracking Needs Work

  • March 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see all my projects and order them by priority in most situations. I like that communication can happen within projects and that attachments can be added to projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calculating project progress still isn't intuitive and assigning tasks to multiple people still isn't an option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation of our projects, and the ability to feed incoming project requests into our queue.

Easy to Use with Learning Curve for Customization

  • March 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is easy to use, which helps me manage my personal projects more effectively. I appreciated attending a seminar that taught me how to use some features better. I now know how to customize some buttons and options, making Asana more tailored to my needs rather than just using the template, which felt less accurate. The initial setup of Asana was pretty easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a little confused about the subscription because I want to subscribe to personal since I'm just using it myself and to prepare for a job in program management. I don't really have the money right now, and I'm also not using it to run a profitable company. It says there's a fourteen-day trial, so I was thinking of subscribing to the personal one so that it's free for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to organize my personal project details clearly and attractively, enhancing my passion for the work. Learning new features made tasks more accurate and customizable.

Amazing for Centralizing Projects with Powerful Automations and AI Triggers

  • March 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing tool to centralize projects and ensure all necessary steps of a process are followed. I love the automations and AI triggers. I implemented it and it was pretty easy. I ended up using it everyday with my team members and every time I had a question, the support team helped me out through the chat support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the price could be more competitive compared to other similar tools. Other than that, I don't have any other suggestions for now.

Streamlined Project Management

  • March 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create different dashboards and different types of ways to track projects and integrations with other platforms. There is an AI automation that suggests rules and what to do for the task and assigns tasks automatically to other workmates. These features help because it makes my work more organized. I can finish tasks more efficiently, and I can track what needs to be done and what's not yet done. The initial setup was pretty easy because there are templates available to use. There is live help and Zoom onboarding that introduces the basics, like self-assignment, and how to efficiently use Asana to maximize it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user interface, sometimes it's cluttered and I'm a bit lost but I'm learning how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to efficiently organize and track our tasks, integrating with multiple platforms smoothly. It makes my work more organized and lets me complete tasks efficiently. Switching from spreadsheets to Asana made tracking projects and assigning tasks easier for our remote team.

Asana Boosts Transparency with a Responsive Community

  • March 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Asana takes disparate systems and makes them accessible and increases transparency and accountability. They also have a fantastic community of ambassadors with a healthy forum for discussion on how to best take advantage of Asana as well as suggestions on how to make the platform better. Feature requests do not go unanswered, and if it isn't possible they will let you know why.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some less impactful features that have been on the roadmap for quite sometime, as other more important work arises. If anything, it is a minor irritant as I have learned in the forum that sometimes my workflow/use case is less common than others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana grants a significant amount of visibility on a global level. It allows team members to access information ad hoc without needing to wait for their colleagues in a different time zone to see their request. It makes the management of employee tasks much easier as well. Asana is also helping us cut down on redundant documentation/workflows as their tasks can be "multi-homed", or live in multiple projects. With their rules, you can get very specific with automations that work within the Asana ecosystem, or can integrate with a number of prebuilt API integrations with programs like Outlook/Teams, Slack, Jira, etc.
