Easy organization of projects; helpful task management
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Asana is how each big project can be broken down into small tasks, each with its own deadline and assigned to team members

The Asana interface can get overwhelming, especially on the app but it just takes a little getting used to, so this is not really a con
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped me organize my workload and meet deadlines, both personal and work related.
Project Management with Great Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to collaborate with so many people at one time on a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the tile view on Asana and how some projects can get confusing if someone doesn't understand the software and how you are supposed to track a project and subsequent to-do items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, our problems come into play when considering those who don't understand how the software is supposed to work, and won't put in the time necessary to make sure they are using Asana correctly.

The updates seem to come frequently and has caused a little bit of learning curve.

Communication between team members within an item that needs to be complete. Conversations & attachments are organized instead of hidden or lost in our email.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the drag and drop as well as the keyboard shortcuts. Another great thing was the integration with Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were subtasks of a subtasks when building a project. Also that it didn’t allow me to set user roles where few people can be in charge of tracking a project and its tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Program Management Intern it was necessary for me and the organization to use project management program such as Asana. It helped us better construct and organize our projects, stay in touch, and become more efficient in what we are doing as a Global Business Network.

It a great program that allow you to manage your projects and integrate with other valuable programs! Easy to use and very user friendly.

Our work team has found in Asana an intelligent tool for solving complex problems. The organization of the work of the company has been much more organized following the use of the application

I think the app is very useful, comfortable and user friendly, so there would really be nothing that bothers me when using it

The development of productive projects in the company has been driven through the good features offered by Asana. Teamwork became our main engine as a group, driven by the characteristics that Asana offers

Asana has demonstrated throughout my experience that she aspires to go far as a project and task management app. I wish I had met her before, so I could have saved months of absurd unproductivity

With Asana we have been able to glimpse a new path of transparency and communication as members of a proactive company. The task distribution tools have allowed us to approach the same task as a group from different perspectives

I strongly recommend Asana for how complete and intuitive it is for most users! I have found in it a faithful tool, useful for hundreds of tasks. My company would not be producing as much as it produces were it not for Asana

What do you like best about the product?
With that I can not manage and plan all my projects from the web has Which I can create lists has a very complete Mobile application with which I can access my work from anywhere with asana I can divide the work the members of my team.

Asana interface was a bit more colorful, also considered that the cost is a bit expensive.

Asana has been very useful for our company because with it, we have been more productive and have finished our work on time.

Recommends healthy because I put a free version with which you can start working and it is a software that does not require much knowledge to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana keeps my tasks in one place and really allows me to track my to-do lists day in and day out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I necessarily dislike anything about the program itself. There are just times when using other programs works better for what I'm trying to get done.

Asana makes managing time and prioritizing my work day a breeze.
