User-Friendly Platform That Keeps Teams Connected and Projects on Track

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's a user-friendly platform for staying connected with my team, and to ensure that projects get done in a timely and seamless manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest. It can be a little time-consuming to get it off the ground and to get all team members integrated and comfortable with the platform. However, that could be more of an "us" issue than an Asana drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, it's most useful for project management and ensuring that all tasks are being done in a timely manner.

Powerful yet flexible and easy to use

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Asana's design gives you the flexibility to use it in a straightforward way, such as with lists or a kanban board, or in more advanced ways depending on your needs. The interface is simple, yet it's a powerful platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having used over 10 task and project management platforms over the years, I can say that there's nothing I dislike about Asana. It ticks all my boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana enables us to organize projects and tasks in alignment with our team's quarterly and monthly goals. It also provides an intuitive platform that supports both individual focus and productivity, as well as effective collaboration among team members.

Intuitive Project Management with Room for More Value

  • January 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana for project management and love how intuitive and simple it is to use. It solves so many problems for me, like ensuring accountability, enabling seamless collaboration, context sharing, providing reminders to keep things on track, and simplifying repetitive tasks through automations. I'm also glad we switched from Google's free project management tools to Asana, and I found the initial setup to be very easy. Additionally, I appreciate that it integrates with Slack, email, Zapier, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's admittedly on the expensive side, so I'm always on the hunt for greater value. More features for the same price or the same features for less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana ensures accountability, enables seamless collaboration and context sharing, offers reminders to keep things on track, and provides automations to simplify repetitive tasks.

Seamless Integrations Make Asana a Standout Choice

  • January 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Asana is how well it integrates with Meeting AI Note Taker, Slack, and Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find lacking is the absence of educational content, as Asana does not offer any certification or course to help users learn how to use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prioritizing and scheduling tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved how easy it is to use. Can easily manage projects and track progress. It also notifies about the tasks efficiently. Mobile app makes it easier to manage tasks on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would've been great if the Timer feature was available for startups.

Providing a smooth and clean place to manage tasks.

Intuitive Interface, Streamlined Project Management

  • December 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Asana's interface because it's simple and easy to use, which is ideal for using it across multiple projects. I find it helpful to get everything into one organized place by team, list, and priority. I also appreciate that the initial setup was easy to use and a breath of fresh air.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the filtering on tasks. I don't like how it takes a while to drill down to finding a task that I assigned versus what was assigned to me. I think having narrower filter abilities would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana organizes everything in one place by team, list, and priority, simplifying project management and task tracking.

Favorite Task Tracker with Enjoyable UX

  • December 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Asana for the task tracking. It's my favorite project management tool because of the UX, and it's way better than Monday.com or Teamwork. I also love the color coding and the little unicorns when I complete a task. I live for that dopamine hit. The new user setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could change one thing about Asana it would be time tracking. I want to be able to log a start and end time on a task. I tend to forget to stop the timer between tasks so I do a lot of manually updating time logs. I want to be able to see I did this from 8-9, that from 9-10 ect. So that if there is a gap between 10-11 I can go back into my calendar and see what I was working on at the time. Right now it just says that I spent 1 hour on a task but I can't see when. I would also love to be able to add time from a calendar event in Google Calendar. So if I have a client meeting, I can click on that meeting in Google and add it to Asana as a time log- I was in this meeting from 12-1 or whatever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to track project tasks, billable time, and time against our SOW. It excels in task tracking with a great UX, and I love the color coding and little unicorns for a dopamine hit when tasks are completed.

A Game-Changer for Remote Task Management

  • December 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana to manage our day-to-day tasks and store information for each project. It helps us oversee employee tasks from home and review their overall performance. I like creating tasks, assigning them to employees, becoming a reviewer, and giving feedback on their tasks. I found the initial setup to be smooth like butter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like integrating an internal messaging tool is a must just like Slack. So we don't have to use an extra platform for chats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to manage remote teams' day-to-day tasks and evaluate their performance, helping us stay organized with project information and feedback.
