What do you like best about the product?
Asana comes in handy when it comes to organizing repetitive tasks that follow a certain routine on a day-to-day basis. It helps me to structure repetitive tasks in such a way that no steps will be missed out and everything follows the same routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, updating the tasks individually takes a bit more time whenever there is need to update them.

Easy to Use, Intuitive Setup, and Strong Goal-Setting Features

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, an intuitive setup, and the goal-setting features stand out. We’re still exploring everything it offers, but I’m looking forward to setting up goals and workflows so we can better analyse our strategy and overall impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with an NFP discount, the price still feels quite steep compared with other management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Asana, as a fully remote workforce, we struggled to see what other teams were working on and to make informed decisions about whether to take on additional project opportunities. With Asana, we can now manage our time and resources more effectively, which has improved overall team performance. It has also made onboarding smoother, and the Outlook integrations have been helpful.

Essential for Seamless Project Management

  • April 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Asana really simple and user-friendly. I appreciate being able to create projects and assign tasks easily, along with managing statuses because everything is visible at first glance and organized well. The initial setup was crystal clear for me, and it helps me manage projects, assign tasks, schedule tasks, and keep track of everything efficiently. It's essential for my work, especially for serving as a knowledge hub for project info and seeing the progress of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a place where all the tasks that I engaged with are. Currently, I am using with my team a separate board for that, but I think it would be also useful to be ready to use for all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps with scheduling tasks, managing files, staying updated with daily tasks, tracking project progress, and serving as a knowledge hub for project info.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could run tabs in the same window to assign tasks and see goals simultaneously.

Asana Keeps Roles Clear and Tasks Well-Defined from the Start.

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Asana proves particularly useful in situations where it's important to set clear expectations right from the outset. I rely on it to lay out exactly what needs to be done, to add the necessary details, and to assign each task correctly so that there isn’t any confusion down the line. By doing this, it helps ensure that everyone involved understands their specific role before work even begins.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when adding detailed descriptions for every single task can require a bit more time, especially for smaller tasks that might seem straightforward. However, the extra effort pays off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What stands out most is the clarity established at the start. When tasks are well-defined from the beginning, there’s significantly less back-and-forth later on.

Effortless Project Management with Useful Templates

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Asana is to use, and the templates are great. The templates have been super helpful, especially the one for HRIS migration, as it contained ideas I hadn't thought of. I also found the initial setup to be very simple for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like notifications get lost in my inbox. I wonder if there’s a weekly digest of notifications that I could receive instead. I want a better system than individual emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for project management and cross-team collaboration, improving transparency and planning. Templates are super helpful, with thoughtful ideas I hadn't considered.

Simplifies Freelance Workflow and Eases Anxiety

  • April 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana's ease of use and simplicity while still being very customizable with new columns. It helps me keep track of everything in my head, reducing my anxiety about remembering it all. I also appreciate the easy communication of feedback using comments, which helps relay information and ideas to clients smoothly. The new columns are great for categorizing content ideas for clients by bucketing them, and they help me manage my overall content mix each month. The initial setup was very easy, which was another plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could think of is I'd love a single seat option. Given I'm a freelancer that works with my clients as guests on projects, it doesn't make sense for me to have 2 seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me keep track of everything, reduces my anxiety trying to remember it all, and facilitates easy communication with clients through comments.

User-Friendly Platform with Great Integrations for Growing Teams

  • April 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly and even for non-tech people. I like that it integrates with many tools that I use including Google Drive, Slack, and Outlook. I have a small team, so it's nice to have a platform that I can use from a smaller company and still use if my team expands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Paid plans can get expensive...and though some of the basic features are okay for non-techies, there can be a learning curve, which can take time. And sometimes, I do get overwhelmed with all the notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped with project management and organization for sure. It helps with deadlines and holds people accountable for their work. I like that the most.
