Helpful for managing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Asana board layouts are flexible and make it easy to have visibility into task status.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I use Asana for tasking, I still find pen and paper easier for my tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is as or slightly more efficient than the previous task management tool used.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how user-friendly the whole interface is without limiting capabilities to truly customize and organize any and all aspects of both my team's project boards that contain my tasks and my own day-to-day tasks (that I can track on my own personal board but share items with my team as needed). For someone with mad ADHD, Asana keeps me focused on the most important tasks and goals daily/weekly/so on

There's nothing I necessarily dislike to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing cross-functional/departmental projects effectively and avoiding silos
Asana is great tool but many features need extra purchases
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the most common CRMs during these days. Has tutorials and guidelines that are really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the features have to be extra paid even if you already have a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really useful for project management and task management, it can be synchronized with time tracking apps like getharvest.com and Everhour.
Project Management for Support and Marketing Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like the notifications a lot in Asana! It's easy to see what steps we are on within a project and to communicate easily with each other as our roles are often overlapping.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been a bit of a learning curve on our team with some users having a little trouble picking it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no luck using other tools to manage projects and set recurring tasks; Asana excels with that!
Well Organized, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use to easily add and review projects. Also that you can note the status of a project that everyone can see. Also, control who receives what messaging and share all or a portion of the project with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit difficult to show specific text layouts needed for Graphic Design projects in a task description.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the team organized on on-task. Reporting to clients the status of specific tasks. Integrating tasking with Slack for easy additions.
Easy customizable app for task management
What do you like best about the product?
Task can be nested on another tasks. It can be a powerful tool for project management as you can track the status and send notifications accordingly. I love that you can customize boards too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't assign a task to two or more persons. The nearest thing to that is collaborators, but sometimes jobs don't have only one assignee. For me, adding more than one asignee would be an incredible feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot in tracking tasks when working remotely, and jobs are assigned between departments (IT, marketing, designing, sales). It helps for accountability and meeting KPIs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's perfect for all kinds of enterprises, no matter the size. It would help if you had a project manager to benefit from all features of Asana and keep tracks of tasks.

Task tracking for different teams has been a godsend

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a tool to manage your projects, tasks and subtasks, it has excellent tools and functions that give you an excellent experience when using this application, such as an excellent timeline view, custom fields, forms, panels, it allows you Add the start dates to your projects, you can use the progress view or advanced information search, it also has excellent functions such as administrative controls, priority support and also allows you to create private teams and projects. You can also run large organizations, it allows you to integrate with restricted applications like Salesforce and Adobe CC, and you can customize your rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Asana, because it is a tool to manage your work, your tasks and perform work among a group of people, and it allows you to keep track of all your tasks and all the information related to them too, as well as expiration dates. Asana is really a very flexible tool, you decide what job to track and how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now with Asana I can handle all my work in a much more expert way, allowing me to handle complex projects such as creating a product launch or a marketing campaign, and it has an excellent help guide which includes tutorial webinars and much plus. Ana shown to be an extremely intuitive tool, she also has excellent worksheets that help throughout the process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it because it is a software that over time has incorporated unique tools, which allow you to customize Asana in your own way, which makes it an extremely flexible tool. Asana is not a simple traditional project management software as it is designed to handle all types of project-based work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to manage different projects with all of my team members and supervisors. You can share mockups and designs in the projects so that it is a one-stop-shop!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can create tasks within a task, and sometimes it can send you down a rabbit hole of never-ending tasks. It can then be challenging to stay organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of not having the proper communication on all of our different projects. Asana makes sure that everyone is up to date and aware of what is going on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that you give your teams a game plan of how to implement and use it. That way, there is a standard for every team, and there are no inconsistencies.
