Great project management tool. I like that it's designed to track workflows easily
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the Kanban-style option and the ability to delegate and track projects easily. You can notice the increase in productivity due to transparent communication. File-sharing is efficient and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is more challenging to use for more complex projects, but for basic tasks, it is excellent. Asana can improve the project budgeting, and the timelines can be a little confusing, but overall it is user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of miscommunication and missing project deadlines. The transparency, tracking, and collaborative workflow have increased productivity which has increased profits.
Easy to use task lists for large groups
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to manage multiple task lists with numerous contributors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It's very easy to get started without much need to really dive into the nitty-gritty. It's there if you want, but not necessary to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep multiple projects on different timelines and with various contributors on track.
Definitely high up there as one of the best Project Management systems
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, add recurring projects, and the logic of the system works incredible. They've updated their software to have all the latest features too. It's one of the best systems because it's simple, yet complex (not in a bad way). The e-mail integration is probably a key feature for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a majority of competitors to Asana like Click up, Trello, Monday, etc. I would have to say that sometimes the system is too simple — and the mobile app only has limited features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a simple system for project management and keeps items relevant on the to-do list. Asana prevents our team from letting projects or assignments fall through the crack.

What do you like best about the product?
It really makes it easy to organize and talk with other teams in the company. You can see all the current and past jobs at the same time and also you can see their status and update them. Also I can create my own tasks so it is really super easy to track and coordinate with my daily jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about the asana actually. Because it really helps me for daily jobs and understand the current situation inside my team or even inside the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for a current job board actually. We are writing all our current works and assigning somebody. after that, we can track the status of the job and also talk about it with the related people. Also, we can check the status of the old jobs and use it as a source.
Review of Asana tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great tool for project management, collaboration with peers and being able to see all projects via a dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool can be a bit overwhelming with everything that it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track all projects and not lose sight of any of them. We are able to assign owners to each project and individuals know what they are responsible for.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to pair Asana with G-suite to easily log tasks without having to leave gmail. Having Asana as an add on/plug in saves me from having to copy over information from one app to the other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am often asked to log back in to Asana after not having used it for a day or two.Other than that, there's honestly nothing else that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not really solving any problems with Asana. I work with state legislators on environmental policy, and there are a lot of initiatives and states to keep track of, as well as many funders to report to at the end of the year. Logging successes, events, and activities in Asana is hugely helpful when it comes to recalling what it is we've done with a chunk of funding.
Great for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there's ability to assign a task, get task due date reminders and store everything regarding a project into one " project folder".
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates were confusing to use, I had to really create something from scratch for myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to view all my deliverables, when they are due and who they are assigned to in one program.

I love the ability to share a project with multiple users, I like how easy it is to invite new users and keep them updated on a project

coming from Trello asana has a bigger learning curve, and when you are working on big projects it can be hard to keep up with all the people on the project

collaboration it makes easier to collab with people you don't see every day and keep you updated. with asana I hardly miss any project or deadline

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to organize discussions and shared files for specific tasks within a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a bit overwhelming. The overwhelming nature isn't Asana's fault, though. It's more closely related to how the user chooses to organize tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm better able to organize tasks and get direct feedback from clients.

- Streamline all your communication in Asana so that you're not discussing projects all over the place.
- Use the tag feature so that the people you want to respond are most likely to see your message.

Straightforward system
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a simple and easy to use interface. That even the most timid computer user can navigate with ease

The simplistic nature of the software means that there are not as many features as other products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used asana as a project management tool that on multiple projects that needed less collaboration. It's most basic version has helped me to save money.

If you need a basic but still high quality product look no further then asana.
