Best project management suite
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface looks great with the dark theme and is very user friendly, even for beginners. An abundance of features and settings to satisfy any size organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features can be a bit overwhelming at times just because there is so much you can do that it blurs together when you have a heavy load of talks and projects etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using it as a project management software in order to keep the team aligned only a daily basis. This offered a nice war room where e could collaborate on new projects and ideas.
Asana is a game changer.
What do you like best about the product?
Having just moved into a managerial position, Asana has been such an efficient way to track the progress of campaigns for my clients and assign tasks to my employees for different projects from the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing they could improve upon is aesthetics. Maybe Asana's design team could implement some font and color changes? The process and format are excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently I have been able to implement an easy-to-follow calendar view for managing campaign newsletter inclusions and transparency for what teams are working on in case someone is out of the office. Using this system, someone from another team can step in to cover when an employee is out sick or on vacation.
Simple to use, great free plan
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana can be completely free and fully functional for a small team, and that I can create and assign a task in 5 seconds flat. I haven't found another task management platform with as comprehensive of a free plan (plus I love the Slack integration).
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any features that work poorly, I can't complain about anything honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep all of our executable tasks in Asana, which helps us reduce the number of things that are dropped by our team. So if we are in a meeting or chatting and mention something that needs to happen, the team knows to say "who is doing that?" And "when is that due?" And we get the task into Asana with the right due date and assignee.
Really helpful
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me organized and tight. It helps me talk to colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps less up charging would be nice, but I get that the product needs to have a strong business model in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our daily tasks and monthly goals clear and understanding if we need to recalibrate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it in place!

Coffee and Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a software that keeps a group or organization moving. It might not serve as a tool to communication but it doesn't keep schedule on task. Many times you don't want to keep reminding people of upcoming jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Asana is that I wish the mobile version were a lot better. I do get that there are limitations to cellphone applications, surprise the ipad version isn't similar to the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I benefit from Asana because it keeps my organization on track. Sometimes it can get to someone's head when you keep reminding he or she of a upcoming job. Asana fills in that gap.
