Asana is easy to use and friendly to use

What do you dislike about the product?

There may not be a function where we can mimic the project and add in a formula to include the next months due date. That would be helpful for automating certain deadlines.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asana is allowing us to see a real time tracker of projects completed and who are assigned to those projects.

I can create tasks and projects, also i can link them with my app directly

Must be more active regarding the notifications and workflow

What do you like best about the product?

I like that the four of us can all work on one project and our individual tasks are clearly outlined and defined. We can take notes on each task, send info to collaborators, assign tasks, etc. It keeps us all on the same page and on time.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have not found anything that I don't like about Asana.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asana keeps us on time and clearly defined. We all know what our individual contributions are and what the others are doing. It keeps us on target.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the ability to create different calendars with overlapping tasks and shared with others. The ability to share tasks with different people is also helpful. As well as the ability to easily change due dates for different tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?

Email pushes for random task reminders, the 7 day, 30 day, tasks lists are misleading. The creation of a template to a new subtask.

It is solving having to juggle way too many tasks/assignments and tings out of my job description by keeping it all in one place.

no week numbers on calendar and task, gmail plugin isn't opencode, no timetracking

What I like best about Asana is how it makes it easy to organize and track work in a clear, visual way that keeps teams aligned without needing constant check-ins. Its UI is intuitive with multiple views like lists and boards, integrations with tools like Slack and Google Workspace are smooth, and performance is generally fast and reliable even with larger projects. It offers strong ROI for teams managing complex workflows since it reduces missed tasks and improves accountability, onboarding is straightforward with helpful templates and guidance, and its AI features add value by helping summarize tasks and streamline planning.

What do you dislike about the product?

What I dislike about Asana is that it can feel overwhelming at first because of the number of features and views, and some advanced capabilities are locked behind higher pricing tiers. While it’s powerful, it can also become cluttered if teams don’t maintain structure, and its AI features are still somewhat limited compared to more specialized tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asana solves the problem of scattered task tracking and unclear ownership by centralizing projects, deadlines, and responsibilities in one organized system. This helps reduce missed tasks, improves visibility across teams, and makes it easier to prioritize work without relying on constant emails or follow-ups. For me, it benefits day-to-day work by keeping everything structured in one place, making progress easy to track, and ensuring accountability across projects.

I love how user friendly it is and easy to organize

I wish it was a little more customizable. It's very good at showing when work needs to be done and where items are in the full pipeline.

Asana is solving the overall project management issue. I use asana every single day and it's great

Some of the workflow rules are hard to navigate at first. There’s a learning curve

Keeping track of projects, daily and weekly tasks, due dates; and overall efficiency

What do you like best about the product?

It’s a really useful product for collaboration. We’re using it across multiple use cases and haven’t run into any issues so far. It’s user friendly and easy to pick up, there are also plenty of additional resources available to help you get up to speed if you run into difficulties. I have it connected with claude and it is really helpful to push tasks to asana without context switching or changing apps.

What do you dislike about the product?

This is a really useful product. I don't have any issues or dislikes so far.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping me organise work to be done while I have multiple things in progress. We also have a team board so nothing slips through the cracks.

It has a great UI, simple and clean. Easy to understand how to use it

Sometimes email notifications about a new task get lost.

Helps prioritize tasks in our marketing team, better than having a notion page
