Asana for HR Department
What do you like best about the product?
The platform remains incredibly intuitive for team collaboration. I particularly enjoy the recent improvements in automation and task dependencies, which help keep workflows organized without constant manual checking. The interface is clean, and the cross-platform synchronization is seamless, making it easy to stay on top of things from any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure can be a bit rigid for smaller teams or specialized projects, as some essential features are locked behind higher tiers. Additionally, while the minimalist design is great, I would appreciate more advanced UI customization options, such as a wider range of themes and color settings to improve visual navigation during long work sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems thas Asana is solving the best for me are about communication between remote workers. I'm HR, so my prerogative is communication in a company.

I haven't found any downsides yet, but loving it all-up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used, or tried to use, a number of project management software solutions in the past, but none were as robust and flexible as Asana.
Managing multiple workstreams with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
A platform to effectively managing various workflows is critical in any workplace. In high-velocity environments, operations can grind to a halt if multiple workstreams are not handled correctly. In my experience Asana is only one of a few platforms that can do this at scale. Keeping projects on schedule and within budget ultimately relies on communication and visibility. At its core, Asana is very good at the collaboration aspect of this process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana may be overwhelming for non-technical individuals. If training resources are employed effectively, this can be managed around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows for a single source of truth where multiple types of users can track and understand the current status of a campaign, project, or task.

Very easy to implement and manage cross teams. Using different methods to configure and track the projects.
We have been able to simplify job execution thanks to Asana's user-friendly interface and adaptable project management tools. To keep everyone in the loop, team members can simply update progress, upload pertinent files, and write comments right within the platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross team organizing with kanban boards.Asana's strong points, such priority setting and task dependencies, have been invaluable for managing intricate projects. Through the establishment of task dependencies and prioritization, we guarantee that our teams concentrate on the most crucial elements of a project, thereby efficiently utilizing our resources and time.
Asana Has Fixed My Procrastination!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Asana is that you can truly customize your to-do lists and projects that fit best for your work, but they give you plenty of guidance so it's not overwhelming. It's very easy to implement in my work and help organize my day. There are so many great tools like for instance setting up customized automated rules. I use it every day and it helps me easily prioritize tasks when I have too much on my plate. Asana support and their user forums are also great resources for any issues you may come across.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Asana is that I can't put a task directly on my calendar from the app, but there is an integration that does it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving the problems of communication across teams, tasks falling through the cracks, and keeping focus personally throughout the day.
Amazing Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It has been really helpful to organize all of the tasks I need to get done at my job, as well as manage the tasks I need to get done for my other job, as well as what I need to get done for school. The system is really user friendly and I initially was not a huge fan of it because there were so many features I did not understand how to use. However, I learned about the weekly webinars that Asana offers and I have learned so much about the features I didn't know about before attending the webinars. I have now gotten into the habit of using Asana on a daily basis. It is my go-to way of organizing everything I need to get done. The team at Asana is phenomenal and they have been beyond helpful in aswering all of my questions. It was a bit challenging to switch over to using Asana, but after attending the webinars, I learned how to make the transition much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not love the fact that you cannot archie past tasks. They have been sitting on my board for months. They are completed and I checked them off, but they are still there. The only feature I noticed was the ability to delete the tasks, but this is a board I share with my team, so they need to see all of the past tasks I have done, as well as the tasks I am currently working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing what tasks need to get done for each project and when those tasks need to get done.
Great tool for personal and team productivity!
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive design and interface as well as being able to automize processes through rules and fields. It works as the ultimate workbook for yourself or your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kind of hard to get into if you're a complete Asana beginner and it requires a lot of team training for rollouts at the team level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of my tasks, program dates, due dates, and requirements readily accessible. It makes fetching information, especially program dates, super quick and easy.
Getting everything organized, assigned and under control!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see all of my tasks, projects and timelines in one place, and share with the team and other collaborators. I just started using it two weeks ago and already have 8 projects with timelines and subtasks, items assigned to other team members. And we've figured out how to create a master "Marketing" calendar to share. It's been very easy to implement thus far and the educational materials and customer support have been outstanding. I'm in the tool every day now and have even downloaded it to my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can appear to be a bit complicated to get started but it's really not! It's quite easy to use, and there are templates that can be utilized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had been managing approval flows between spreadsheets and our compliance tool, as well as in slides. It was becoming too difficult to see everything in one place.
Great project management tool

It's very user-friendly and a great way to keep tasks and projects organized. I use it daily to communicate and collaborate on projects within my team. It was easy to train my team to get it implemented. I'm working on getting the rest of my coworkers to use it as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little too simplified, but I am using the free version. The paid version has more features that I haven't explored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our marketing team to stay ontop of projects and tasks within those projects. I'm also able to track my team's progress on projects and tasks when they need assistance.
