The best cross-departmental "connective tissue"
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite features of Asana is using rules to set up automations on projects. Being able to customize notifications to cross-department team members based on a task's completion, due date, or other field is a great time-saving advantage. I am in the process of implementing and training more of our internal departments to utilize the strengths of Asana within our org!
What do you dislike about the product?
A (very) minor detail, but I would like to see the customized project icons shown in the sidebar next to the project on top of the colored squares. Just another visual quick-reference in my opinion!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to set and assign sub-tasks is a great benefit. It really allows me to get into the "nitty-gritty" of a project and identify (and assign) even the most minor tasks across teams to acheive overall project success!
This is the best project management tool. Period.

I love that I can easily assign tasks to my team and see their progress throughout the work cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly cannot think of a bad thing. I kinda wish the advanced tier was a little cheaper.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides time saving resources by allowing stakeholders to get their own project updates and track the projects progress without interrupting the team executing the project.
It helps us keep track of all the projects that we are working on, prioritising them and making sure that they get complete.
It has good mobile and Web interface which helps in creation and assignment of projects having notification hence each person can enter to work no matter where it is.

Asana has alot of profit to us hence we don't have any dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is now easy to manage the projects even when from far since it provides good mobile and Web interfaces.
Customizable Workflow Powerhouse with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Asana for its ability to eliminate missed deadlines and reduce miscommunication, which streamlines cross-team workflows. I love being able to build my own workflows due to its high customizability to my business needs. The clean design and user-friendly UX are fantastic. The Asana Academy provides plenty of support, which made the initial setup easy with their virtual and live training sessions. I also value how it helps to gain visibility on team workload.

Asana for Project Management and Workflow Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable it is. Almost everyone at my organization uses Asana completely different than other people. I love the flexibility of being able to organization and plan projects in a way that makes sense for you. Personally, I love all of the integrations and workflow automations that can be established. I was able to build out a custom Applicant Tracking System following a webinar posted on Asana's help website. It made a huge difference when bringing our hiring in-house this year. We didn't have to pay for a separate ATS, super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the mac application crashes so I tend to use the website more often to prevent this from happening. Also as a administrator on the account, it's very hard to update Billing Owner/Admin access. We've had some turnover in our leadership and the Admin console is fairly hard to navigate when offboarding a user with admin/billing access. I sometimes feel like I have to jump through hoops or use back-doors to get into our admin platform. It shouldn't be that complicated. I shouldn't need to reach out to customer support to help manage a platform we pay for.

We use Asana as a custom ATS (applicant tracking system) which saves our small organization a lot of money!
Enhancement of team communication.
What do you like best about the product?
It has a mobile app which makes the information available on the go which is helpful incase of a vedio shoot hence communication becomes easier.
It allows team members and the managers to analyse the overall efficiency of the direct reportees by viewing the projects detail in interactive manner through communication.
It enables us to communicate and cooperate with the rest of the team to complete the work in the required manner and at the appropriate time.

It helps us alot in our activities hence I don't have any dislike about it.

It is easy to communicate through the mobile app which provides information since mobile phones are owned by many team members enhancing communication.

Asana is easy to use, make work productive and has an amazing training and support. Now the porjects and tasks completed effeient, fast and productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helped me and my teammates by creating tasks and tracking their progress throughout the completion. Also, it helps in providing detailed insights and a visual dashboard of the task and projects (Dashboard). By using Asana I am able to deliver my projects on time, it enhances my productivity truly.

Asana helps in tracking the progress, colloborations among other team mates and project owners, using it we have not missed deadlines of any of our project , it really keeps engagment level high which drives the project carefully. It is a really powerfull toll for project management , I suggest using it to all small and big organizations
