What do you like best about the product?
- Asana helps me in managing my day-to-day work
- Helps me in prioritizing my task.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The notification feature should be there, giving alerts and stuff.
More templates shall be introduce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Majorly, Asana is an alternate to a notebook.
-Helps in just putting your task out there with a deadline and accessing makes it easy.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Talent Acquisition Manager- I have a tons of tasks and sub-task, which can be a bit of a headache to maintain in a book and here comes the importance of Asana were it so helpful in tracking my work.
I can set up the deadline date, the time or anyone I depend on for that particular task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such; I loved the product. Using it for so long now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. My day-to-day task is updated at Asana.
2. I can set up a date/time to complete it.
3. The dashboard is so user-friendly.
4. I can assign anyone a task with a deadline to complete.

Great updates to the platform for collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can make different teams, and share different types of files or URLs without any bothersome pop-ups, Collaboration in specific projects has been made easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The task management feature in the calendar view has always been a struggle for the team, or at least that has been my impression. It's good that management can see the workflow when tasks within the same project are done by different people, sometimes at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Asana, we were relying on just using Google Chat to communicate advancements on the projects. Therefore, Asana has helped us streamline many projects and make them much more understandable from an outsider's perspective.

I don't know, everything is pretty okay.

I can assign tasks to my team and see all the tasks in one place. It's very helpful in our project management

What do you like best about the product?
I like that tasks can be assigned to people and resigned back to their supervisor when they are done with comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. I think Asana works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps track or agenda for online meetings with virtual assistants and bookkeeping and track tasks associated with this work.

What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to use, the cost is fair and it certainly checks most of the boxes you'd want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the interface is as clean as a lot of competitors in the space. I inherited the tool, I probably wouldn't have bought this one if given the chance to start fresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross departmental project planning is our primary use case.

Good tool for team collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to track all our team's projects in one place. It's great to see the progress of all different tasks within a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish everyone on our team used it on a regular basis. This is not an Asana issue, more of our own issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us track all our projects and timeline in one place. We can point other teams to our calendar and they will be able to see project deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is really helpful when trying to organize and plan a large project or event. It allows many people to know the status of a project and what their part on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful is it's not user friendly or intuitive, it is clunky and can be hard to use and to train staff on. Without full buy in I do not feel it is worth the money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving the large project and event problems that have dozens of tasks and stakeholders. If there was a free option that I could use for only one event a year I would love that option.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy Asana is to use. I don't need a lot of training or coaching to get started and figure things out. Creating projects, tasks, and subtasks and then assigning them to team members is quick and easy- exactly what I need when trying to get things done. Additionally, it's flexible in that it can be customized according to individual needs instead of the other way around. If specific tasks become frustrating because they're repetitive, automating part of the process using Asana can help alleviate some of that frustration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several features that I dislike about Asana. One is that several components can only be accessed online, not on a desktop. This makes it difficult sometimes to locate my IDs for projects and tasks when working online (something integrations require). Additionally, I find some features difficult to understand without having dedicated training from Asana first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our employees find that seeing all tasks in one place allows for better collaboration and coordination. However, some departments are not using Asana as efficiently as possible due to a lack of understanding of how the tool works.
