Effortless Task Management with Real-Time Updates

  • March 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is easy to use and that when you make edits or create new tasks, you can see it happen in real-time. It provides accountability and makes tasks easier to track since they don’t get buried in notifications. The initial setup was pretty much plug and play.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope an offline mode will be added so that even when we’re not connected to the internet, we can still review projects on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for tracking tasks, providing accountability, and its real-time updates make task tracking easier and prevent notifications from burying tasks.

Great Project Overview, but support is not up to par

  • March 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Asana makes it direct to enter new tasks, which really helps streamline my workflow. The integration with other tools is fantastic, especially with Zapier, which I use a lot to push things into Asana. It's really good to have a way to automatically fill in tasks into Asana from other platforms whenever I'm ready to work. The initial setup for my team was pretty easy, which made transitioning smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a bad experience with support. They didn't reply to my questions even after many emails. Support is really lacking to me. They just need to reply to emails and actually answer the questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana gives me an overview of all the things going on in my business, so I can track the load of each employee.

  • March 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very easy to use, has a really nice UI, and works reliably. My marketing team has been using it to collaborate for the past few years, and we’ve never run into any issues. I’d definitely recommend it for teams that need a smooth way to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Asana, it really helps me in my day to day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me break down larger, more complicated tasks into multiple steps, while keeping my team in the loop by adding them as collaborators. It also helps centralise information, since I use the task description to link to live documents and other content related to the task for internal review.

This project management software is incredible. Super easy to use and has SO many helpful features. Intuitive for everyone while still having so many options and features!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for subtasks to be visible without having to manually click the show button each time. I would also love to be able to choose two assignees (like Monday allows).

Streamlined Task Management with Subtask Visibility Needs

  • March 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Asana for checklists for work and I'm learning how to use it to improve group projects. It helps keep me on track by seeing all tasks in one place so I don't forget them. I like the interface and how simple it looks on the homepage. There's not as much visual clutter, and I can see all my tasks in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the subtasks would be visible beneath the main tasks on the homepage - but maybe there is a way to change that that I am not aware of. It's a bit hard to know where to start. I really do not like the use of AI wherever possible, so I am not crazy about all of the AI features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps keep me on track with tasks by showing them all in one place, so I don't forget. The interface is simple with less visual clutter, making it easy to see all my tasks.

Versatile Tool with Learning Curve Challenges

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've really appreciated the upgrade in Asana that allowed us to use portfolios. It's made us more organized and ensures that things are in the right places. We've also been using the dual homing feature a lot, which has been incredibly useful for cross-functional work between teams. And the forms! We've been using the forms with the option to have multiple branches off of forms when asking certain questions, which has been really useful. Specifically for portfolios, they're great for organizing and maintaining all account management tasks across different product levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be useful if there was a better AI version of asking questions within Asana that gives you actionable answers instead of attaching to an article or something. We use HubSpot a lot, and HubSpot has a great AI tool that if you ask it a question, it tells you exactly how to do the thing you're trying to do. And that's become really useful in HubSpot. And I think Asana could use that. One thing I would say is that with Asana forms, I haven't figured out a way to be able to add photos and then have those photos become a part of the task. Maybe that's user error, but the Jotform has been much easier, and the presentation of the form if we're using it externally, has been better for Jotform. Also, most of our team is not very well versed in Asana. I've taken on the role of learning Asana as much as I can, and that's been a lot of trial and error. It is a bit of a rough start, and there's definitely different levels and learning gaps currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to ensure my team reaches out to accounts correctly and within time frames. It helps us cross-functionally coordinate marketing and operations, ensuring everyone is on the same page for onboarding new employees.
