What do you like best about the product?
I am using Asana for project management for one of my projects. The UI is easy to understand, and it's easy to create tasks and collaborate with the team members. Also, we can add fields in tasks like Assignee, due date, dependencies, project owner, priorities, etc., which helps identify the tickets with all related information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now, there is nothing major which I didn't like. It has everything which I need for the project management tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned earlier, It is an easy-to-use tool that provides all the things you need for project management. It allows the creation of tickets with custom fields which provide additional information for the task. It is easier to collaborate with team members in Asana. We can assign the related task to a related person and track the task's progress.
A simple and effective work management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes creating and assigning new tasks quick and easy. If you're looking for a way to keep track of what needs to get done, give it a try! You can create teams in the tool, giving everyone involved in a task easy access. There are also various options available, such as generating reports or sending invitations if you want to include colleagues in the task. With all these features combined into one platform, managing your work has never been easier - no need to assign specific tasks yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that the inability to assign a single task to multiple members of a team or department can sometimes hinder progress. Providing an option, either for advanced users only or even for all accounts, to allow tickets and project steps to be approved by other teams/departments would improve productivity and collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me easily manage my workload. By centralizing and tracking all of my contracted tasks in one place, it is much easier for me to stay on top of what needs to be done, as well as take notes during meetings to keep track of any progress or updates.
My experience with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for project management to see all tasks in one platform and align with everyone. There are other tools that we can use out there in the market but Asana has the right balance of ease of use and being organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana proofs to be a project management for everything including ticketing management like JIRA and Servicenow which I don't think it's working well currently. It's not great when we are trying to find a ticket within Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the fundamental problem of project management. For instance, with software implementation, there are many components which requires various teams to complete and it's not easy to see everything in one place. We can try to do this with google sheet but it requires someone to update extensively. However, Asana helps to solve this by showing progress in one dashboard which helps someone like a product manager or project manager to track progress.
Asana Shines as a User-Friendly Tool

One of the standout aspects we appreciated about using Asana was its user-friendly nature and the flexibility it provides for customization. The intuitive user interface allowed our team to quickly adapt to the tool and start working on projects without a steep learning curve. Asana's range of customizable features and tools further enhanced our project management experience, enabling us to tailor the platform to our specific needs and workflows. This combination of ease of use and customization options made Asana a valuable asset for our team's productivity and project success.
What do you dislike about the product?
That's great to hear that you don't have any particular dislikes about Asana and that you believe it excels in project management. It's true that learning any new tool or software often comes with a learning curve, and Asana is no exception. While it may take some time and experimentation to find the most efficient way to use Asana for your specific needs, this process of trying things out and testing what works is a common part of adopting any new tool or workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves problems related to task clarity, inefficient communication, and project coordination. It benefits users by providing clarity and organization, facilitating efficient collaboration, and enabling effective tracking of progress and accountability. An excellent project management tool for remote teams

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more templates available for specific projects. We are a small team and unique in our functions. Some of our team members are not marketing individuals.

This very user-friendly tool keeps everything with a project in one place. All of us save time by going to Asana. We know the status of a project and any related communication.
THE tool for cross-functional task management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the best tool I have used for collaborating on tasks with not just others within the organization, but also between teams. The ability to organize tasks and adjust views on the fly is stellar.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it can be used for personal task tracking, it is not built for that. If Asana had more personal task management features, it would be incredible to utilize it alongside team-based task management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana seamlessly brings multiple users and teams together, allowing you to collaborate efficiently. There are comments, tasks, boards, projects, and even an inbox to check on recent updates.
Asana for improved team coordination and cooperation
What do you like best about the product?
Over the past five years, I have found Asana to be an incredibly powerful tool for staying organized and on task. While it's a great resource no matter how you use it, if checklists are your thing, this software will help ensure that nothing gets overlooked by you or anyone on your team! Whether you're looking for a way to create tasks with subtasks, set due dates, upload files, leave comments, or assign projects - as well as many other amazing features - Asana has you covered.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like about Asana is that you can't attach an email thread as an attachment like you can in Outlook. Still, there may be other project features in Asana that aren't immediately visible on the Overview tab, but hopefully as technology advances and new tools are added all the time, these issues will become less of a concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me solve my problem of staying organized and meeting deadlines. This has been a huge benefit for me because it gives me peace of mind knowing that I'm in control, everyone is up to date, and we can all collaborate effectively.
