What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize and separate project building that keeps my team connected.

The restrictions with rule implementation.

Rule limitations, there have been updates to how we can use rules that has been effective for our teams' use.

Sometimes it is a little too complex for simple tasks.

Simple tool for great outcomes as an individual, team or company
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and understand. Most features as self-explanatory. For others, documentation is big and customer support always helpful. I use it for my personal tasks in private or professionally, and to organize different tasks within my teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, the freedom can be overwhelming. Providing more real-life examples makes onboarding even easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a great tool to organize work items as an individual and, even more, in teams. Everybody can always see the progress in important items. The different levels of work items are very powerful with tasks and subtasks, portfolios and goals, so everything can be put into context and your dashboard will always showcase whether you are moving in the right direction.
very helpful and easy to use project tool
What do you like best about the product?
it's fairly easy to use for a project tool that has so many options and capabilities, it's helping us so much managing projecs, assigning tasked with dealines and keeping up with all the different project and tasks to organize our days, as well ask keeping everything in the same project and being able to share with the team

maybe just having some sort of academy or webinar to be able maximize our knowledge of the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its is helping us cretaing tasks withing projects and assigning to someone with a deadline to help steamlining the project and help everyone know what they have to do when so it'smore automated than from a chat or personal to do lists, it's helping having all at one place and be able to asign and reasign and know the dealines. Also help with personnal project and keeping in one place some notes and be able to refer to other projects and commenting tagging people
Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Asana is to learn and navigate. There are plenty of tools and options for my team so that we can easily collaborate while having tailored views for each individual.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few functions that would be great to improve on like some of the date automation and if they could add spell check function that would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps provide a full picture on project scopes in one easy place. One of our bigger issues is communication flow and sticking to standard process and Asana has helped with thier task tools with dependencies. Now we have a visual on what things are completed and how other tasks are blocked and its helps us stick to our processess more closly and see where we ahve room to imrpoved.
Great for Organization Management

Asana continues to stay true to its minimalist approach, simplifying organization and project management. It also provides a great range of tools and features that help individuals and teams stay organized, on task, and coordinated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to ensure that Asana implements AI technology without it becoming an overwhelming feature that serves too many purposes while doing none of them well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows us to keep our tasks, notes, and relevant documents in a clean, convenient environment. It also allows for better flow and visualization of tasks.

It does have alot more bells and whislte than i need.

its solving my job clusters and its benefiting me that i can orgnize how i like it .
Work Flow Simplification
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to customize - it has been nearly seamless to take projects that require multiple users and designate roles and tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
The timeline tool is not as customizeable as I would like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides great visibility into work load for my employees - this is really useful when I go to delegate other tasks
