Best Time Management and Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to coloborate crossdepartmentaly and create individual ticketing systes for all of our teams across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
A small ask would be the ability to exclude weekends when using rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using one peice of software to colobborate and create multiple ticketing systems

What do you like best about the product?
This is just what i've been looking for to see where I am with all my projects. I can see where my teammates are as well and what is assigned to whom. Everyone is accountable!
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to figure out how to simplify my project names.

Seeing where my project are at a glance

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user friendly and it fully eliminates have 10 different tools for project management. Visually great for keeping track of what everyone is doing, deadlines and accountability.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I have not found something I dislike, which is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of what everyone is working on and by when they will deliver, is very simple to follow up without having to messsage + email + schedule a zoom session to align.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of Asana for campaign and project management. It helps me stay organized and on top of my tasks, particularly when collaborating with teammates. The automation is really helpful and I also like that it leaves a paper trail for the progress of a project so that you can easily identify blockers and improve workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
We all use Asana differently so sometimes it's difficult to ensure everyone is on the same page about how a projects should be run or created. But this is more about education and adoption within the company I suppose! There are also sometimes limitations in what you can do but they seem to be updating and expanding the product constantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep my work organized particularly as it pertains to collaborative projects with other team members and teams.

I like Asana simplicity to set up tasks and projects, delegate, set up due dates and the integration it allows between multiple teams and portfolio.

I cant think of any feature I dislike about Asana at thsi point.

Asana for Small and Large Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Love that it's very easy to use and they keep imporving on the tool over time. It's a tool you can really use in a simple way or as advanced as you can think up! They have added great automation features over the years that have been very helpful as well. It's also a great tool for growing companies so you can scale up easily. We also integrate this tool with Zapier and our CRM. I also love how they have webinars and learning options as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as downsides it's almost so easy that everyone thinks they are an expert. So there is defiently long ways and short/better ways to do things. So sometimes people can go rogue easy.

Asana helps us manage our entire company and all projects within it!

I don't know yet, perhaps at the moment too many notifications but it can be adjusted in the settings

An indispensable project and task management platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a very intuitive and logical solution to manage tasks and project work that originate from a multitude of sources. A "one-stop shop" to ensure that you are documenting, prioritizing, and executing those tasks that make up your workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
No discernable dislikes or downsides! If anything, we need to spend more time learning about integration with other platforms, including M365 email/Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project oversight/execution and task management.
Excellent Training on More Obscure Tools!
What do you like best about the product?
There is so much depth and when you start out it is a bit overwhelming - most people stick to the basics and have to-do lists for individuals. Yet Asana has so much more capabilities to help manage your team, and the workload! Tracking the work is the biggest asset to asana and when built correctly, can give HUGE insights into what your team is working on and how much is getting accomplished. Learnin got use GOALS is a game-changer! Goals are a must-have for the CEO and other department heads - this is where the rubber meets the road!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thinig that was hardest to really wrap my head around was the immensity of Asana and how MUCH there is. Perhaps pop-ups or reminders woulc be built in to introduce relevant tools and features as they become useful?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a place to assign tasks, build workflos, address communication needs, and gives us overviews of the workload, and the goals of the company!
